Basically no one knows the future price in the short term.

You can guess and say it will go up, therefore you should put all now, or you could guess that it will go down, so you put some now and a more later at a cheaper price. Or you could smooth out those probabilities by buying frequently.

There's no definitive answer in terms of maximizing the amount of BTC you get with a certain amount of fiat, but personally I prefer just buying a specific amount every x amount of time, independent of the price.

If we looking for long term vision any time is perfect for investment but for short term a basic knowledge is necessary for invest or trade. Bitcoin is very much down looking to recover so investment is definitely going to come in large numbers. Exactly. Set yourself forward 10 years from now, and people will be asking whenever it would be the perfect time to invest in Bitcoin or not. By that time, Bitcoin would've been much more valuable than what it is right now. Even if prices decline by then, early holders/adopters will still be on a profit margin. I'm pretty sure Bitcoin will make many people rich if prices skyrocket like crazy. After all, it's predicted Bitcoin will go higher than six figures due to its extremely-limited supply of 21m coins. Bitcoin is good for long-term investment,  with this one cam be able to get better profit.  Short-term is good for people who has more knowledge about bitcoin and well experienced. Bitcoin investment don't really favour those who want to become rich from bitcoin, and people who want to make it source of income.

Short term gains are much less significant to the long term gains when it comes to bitcoin. Consider buying bitcoin 10years ago, imagine the number of bitcoins you would have bought at a budget of 10k USD and think of the price they would have yielded at the last all time high. It is impossible to say what stage we are in during the bear market, but now is a good time to buy bitcoin. Bitcoin could fall further or also rise from here, who knows? But looking at the current bitcoin price down more than 70% from its all-time high, this could be a great time to enter.
