You can check the state of the mempool here: https://mempool.space/Which wallet are you using? if you paid low fees, and your wallet supports RBF, you can always try to pay higher fees so it gets confirmed faster.

Which wallet did you use? If it is Electrum, you will be able to pump the fee. If you used another wallet and not able to pump the fee, you can just wait until the transaction is confirmed. For now, 1 sat/vbyte is now common daily, which is the lowest feerate, but it could take hours.

His response seems like he is using Blockchain.com wallet as he wrote "not set to priority" which is available on blockchain wallet if I'm correct (I haven't used that ever though). If that's the case, OP has no more options but to ask the receiver to use the unconfirmed inputs to create a new transaction with a higher fee if his wallet allows such a process (CPFP). I don't think OP should go that far, these days, I haven't seen network congestion at all though I haven't checked now lol.

Right now Bitcoin fees are cheap, you can pay 7 sat/byte and your transaction will be included on the next block. It's less than $1, so I don't see any reason how you don't want to pay such number if you're want fast transaction.
I believe you're using a bad wallet like Trust Wallet, Atomic Wallet that has a very bad fees estimator or even an exchanges which take additional fees from you.
You need to use a good wallet at least Electrum, even better you can use hardware wallet or Bitcoin Core.

You are not wrong that many wallets are using poor fee estimation algorithm, also that exchanges charges more than necessary, but exchanges process transactions faster, but charges too much. Also custodial wallets charges too much. You need to use a good wallet at least Electrum, even better you can use hardware wallet or Bitcoin Core.
Hardware wallet like Trezor. Bitcoin Core is a full client wallet, but yet an online wallet. Although, there is now option to use it with hardware wallet like Trezor.

if I see unconfirmed transactions are not too many and full on btc.com , but if you use blockchain the transaction fees are usually adjusted so you don't have to worry about your transactions, it usually takes 6 hours at most for bitcoin transactions, so please wait your transaction is confirmed by the network it may be confirmed 1 hour from now, please wait bro

Many factors could havebled to to delay been experienced, the mempool might be full and busy, what priority did you set for your transactions fee, the wallet type being used to perform the transaction, there are times this can happen and tou could adjust your fee base on the type of wallet being use and also you need to be reassured that you have not fall a victim of double spending through the process after several attempts of resending the unconfirmed transaction.

I have been trying for 30mins now to transfer bitcoin from my wallet to someone wallet but the transaction is wasting time,is it that the miner too low i.e not set to priority that is delaying it or the block chain network. Does your wallet support RBF, if yes then bump fee is the last solution for you. The current condition of the mempool prioritizes transactions with a fee of 6 sat/vB or more for high priority, but it could be more expensive if many people don't want to be patient when making transactions, which in turn makes transaction fees expensive. If the fee you are using is 1 sat/vB, then you may have to wait more than 30 minutes to get 1 confirmation, but go back to the original point because transactions with low fees will be included in low priority so sometimes you have to wait for hours . My advice, next time check the condition of the mempool before making a transaction because it will help you get a quick confirmation on the network . Choose your priority, is the second step that you must do every time you want to make a transaction. Can visit here: - https://mempool.space/- https://blockchair.com/bitcoin- etc

The fees are very low now, and every transaction should be confirmed in about 30min to 1 hour You can check fees where OmegaStarScream suggested, mempool.space 30 minutes isn't a long time to wait, considering it is a pseudo anonymous transaction, permitionless, that could be sent to anyone in the planet. And fee is indeed very low. Compare to an international transaction price and time, such as swift. If you need to get into the next block , I.e. 10minutes, you should use your wallet recommended fees

Not just blockchain wallet has the option to set the transaction with high priority Mycelium also have this option and I think also the Android Bitcoin wallet developed by schildbach has this option from low to high priority. The only problem is that if the receiver does not use a non-custodial Bitcoin wallet but instead uses an Exchange wallet he can't be able to do CPFP to speed up the transaction. If you are right he is using a Blockchain wallet and he has full control of that wallet with a backup seed then he can able to use the Electrum wallet and perform a "Bump fee".

Some times i do experience such via bitcoin transaction, what i will like you to do, is that, use a high fees it will process, because it seems that you are using a low fee to process the transaction, because all these are what i do encounter sometimes when i want to make a transaction but when you adjust the fees it process.

Op, you should note that you can only bump the fee if you enabled RBF when making the transaction. The only other option left is to wait till it gets confirmed, or in the off chance that it doesn't, till it's dropped from the mempool (~2 weeks). CPFP - Child Pays For Parent is an option if you are desperate to have it sent now, and you're in control of the receiving address. and also you need to be reassured that you have not fall a victim of double spending through the process after several attempts of resending the unconfirmed transaction.
Except the inputs involved where unconfirmed when they were used in a new transaction.

Well, there's not much you can do now except wait and watch paint dry. The time space you complained of isn't even anything to make you get upset and stressed out, waiting. If you were around in this industry a few years ago (even a few months ago) you would've understood what I'm saying about even 2hrs delay not being able to cause anyone panic. I've had my Bitcoin transaction delayed for over 48hrs before it was finally confirmed. During that period, I came to realize that all I needed to do was exercise patience and wait.
