BK8BTC.COM Scammed me

i ve been using their sportsbook since a short while. everything was going well until they cancelled my withdrawal of 716 usdt. when i asked on live help, they said its a technical issue and i could withdraw again  in a few mins. ( maintenance was going on every single day since like a week so i thought no problem) then after i again tried to withdraw the balance , it was cancelled again but this time i was told i violated some terms which is quite impossible cos i ve been betting on sports since like 20 years, know how the things are going. i NEVER use bonuses, NEVER open accounts more than once and never obviously launder money. i just bet with small amounts and thats all. never even touched on casino or games etc..
so they couldnt give me an answer of course about the violation, basically stole 360 usdt of the money -god knows why not more or less of it- and blocked my account, which i already asked from them after my first withdrawal failed, cos the site was a total disaster, impossible to bet cos of technical difficulties, so i told them to send me the balance and i ll close the account
anyway. i wrote to their licence provider in curacao, which looks like a complete joke compared to IBAS or any other serious foundation. not giving a lot of thoughts abt the money but giving u guys a heads up abt this site. i openly challenged them to declare my violation to public on their official thread here too but dont think they will either, since it doesnt exist in reality.

I saw your conversation in the BK8 thread, I read, I see no solution to your problem, that is, there are misunderstandings and quarrels.

Who knows, your problem is: the BK8 team/management, if you don't do anything wrong and don't violate their rules, I don't think the BK8 team/management has the right to freeze your balance of 716 USDT, that's a huge amount of money for gamblers.

So, if you've contacted them with no response, try asking this person for help: @roycilik, he is one of the BK8 campaign managers, at least maybe he can help with your problem or ask a representative of the BK8 gambling site to respond to your thread of accusations, I hope there is a solution to your problem.

note:@roycilik is not team BK8, he is just their campaign manager/BK8.

If you have really been scammed then you should post in a good format so that users of the forum can understand and advise you if there is any solution.  You can see the format from https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=260073.0 and try to post as much information as you can post here. Never try to post any wrong information.

A big or small amount or money that you don't mind, anyone should post their concern on casinos where they have issues with withdrawals, its also good that you challenge them to post here why they ban your account, the ball is in Bk8btc now they should address this issue or this will be a reference for those who are planning to play in Bk8btc casinos

Did you not receive any emails about your account, casinos usually send emails about the status of your account whenever they take action, your deposit transaction and your username should be included so they can track your account.

actually that was one of the most fishy things. normally in other sites i bet, i get at least 1 mail even for deposits and withdrawals. but here, all i got was `welcome to bk8` mail when i registered.. thats all. they closed my account through live chat. when i asked them about any other authority that i could file a complaint about the issue, they absolutely didnt want to give me any info about licence provider, telling me that i strictly should only use their site for any kinda complaints, although my question was just to test their reaction, i of course know that licensing company acts like a 3rd party in such cases to solve it.. the point is , they are not honest at all.

OP, have you tried @YOSHIE's suggestion? try asking him for help a little gently. to ask for evidence of your violation. I don't know if this will work or not. but when you already do not get a response from them. maybe it would be better to give it a try.
hope you will get what is rightfully yours. though it might just be a refund of your deposit.

This a is a better solution. In the cases of scam accusations like this it close when the accuser get his deposit back. Additionally you can KYC the user so that next time they can not create another account and you do not need to go through same hassle of defending yourself again for the possible same person. There are many cases where player take the opportunity of being anonymous in crypto gambling sites and create multi accounts then comes to the forum with the hope of getting their deposit back once they fail everything.

Christ! Obviously something that was not right about you and they were suspecting your for it. So instead of freezing everything they at least allowed you to withdraw your deposit. Be happy about it and leave them. It's not that cases like this are coming against them regularly. Which means they are paying legitimate gamblers. Why would they deny you for only few hundred dollars? Something did not add up about you of course.

BK8BTC.COM had no prior complaint like this in the past and they are in the serious casino business for two years now, they are serious about establishing their reputation, and they even had a signature campaign here, you will likely get flagged by all the other casinos too because the majority of casinos have fair betting rules that all their players should adhere, you should be thankful that you got your initial deposit, other casinos will not do that, because in their terms they will not only ban you but confiscate your funds, its a lesson learn for you to follow and be guided on casino rules.

This is not the first time this has happened, online gaming is an entertainment platform for all to enjoy and have fun, however they are always be someone to take advantage of the platform. Please be reminded that providers are equipped with competent intelligent compliance team to flag the abnormalities, hence, if the betting style/pattern/behavior has breached and violated the fair play betting rules, then the account will be flagged and suspended by the providers.
