@ziportan, I know this must be very annoying for you. but every online casino has its rules. even the Casino where you played for 20 years. you may not have made a mistake at the casino. or the casino's compliance team doesn't take it into account.

when there is a case like this (you can see it on this board) I think it's quite a lot. Other members will advise a casino that does have a good reputation to at least provide proof. if this happens, it can return the deposit and suspend the associated account.
you get your deposit, of course, it is very annoying when your winnings are annulled. but you are lucky not to deal with other casinos which are more rigid with their rules.

My advice is just to go back to playing at the casino where you played for 20 years. have a nice day.

He said that his account is blocked and closed. I don't think he can do that, but the BK8.Official admin can if both parties agree to it. I would say it also depends on where you live. If his bets are on a small unknown league in a 3rd-world country, and he lives thousands of kilometers away in a Western nation, I would agree with you that it looks bad. But if he lives in or around the country whose matches he bets on, that's totally different.

Their forum account has not been online since 12 October, which is the same day I wrote in their thread.
