It's possible to make a gambling site that awards nfts but I don't think there's much of a market for it. I also don't know whether it is best to give an nft to users as a jackpot or constantly (probably the jackpot system but then you might also have to encode a buyback system - and then users might not want the nft anyway if they can sell it back for higher than they'd get on an exchange for it).

Also are you talking about a gambling site that was centralised or not as that'll also have an effect here. Centralised gambling firms offering nfts will probably be considered gimmicky by a lot of people.

1.) Yes, Afaik some casino already have NFT as reward to there players. These NFT has special features related to casino bonuses and benefits. But if you want an on-chain coexistence then your probably looking on web3 casinos since they decentralized.

Actually there was a guy around some some weeks ago talking to us about his project on gambling NFT's. Those 777 NFT's were supposed to be auctioned and those who bought them were to have access to an exclusive Discord server about gambling and gambling service providers.
I tried to explain to him that was not an appealing enough idea because NFTs are decentralized and it does not make sense to try to tie them to a centralized service like Discord, which could single handedly  delete the chat and its members.

I believe it is possible NFTS to be part of the gambling ecosystem, that is my personal opinion.

I think NFTs could be implemented in some sort of second-layer decentralized casino, were those who hold specific NFTs minted by the casino itself would enjoy special perks, VIP access to tournaments, etc. Addionally, the NFT's could be used as colateral to gamble within the platform, since they would have some monetary vale themselves.

I am not aware myself of a crypto gambling platform like the one your describe, I am afraid. I assume casinos are having so much profit with their games and webpages as they are, in consequence they do not find necessary to push towards NFT's implementation.

A few crypto gambling projects were playing around with NFTs last year, but I don't remember their names.
The hype around NFTs is pretty much over and the NFT market most likely won't recover.
I don't know how the NFTs can add any value to the online gambling industry. Buying and selling a bunch of low quality copy-pasted images and claiming that this is "art" and those images are scarce (despite the fact that they can be copied unlimited times).

1 and 2: Rollbit has NFTs integrated to their gambling system, though last I checked it's more of a VIP system kind of thing with rewards and benefits depending on the NFT they own. I don't think NFT's themselves can bring any change to gambling games, maybe gamble between the NFT themselves but that's about it (which is basically like cs:go skin gamblings if you know about it).

Yes of course NFTs can coexist with gambling projects, the question is only how well gamblers are going to accept. If the NFTs are for free and are like bonus jackpot that we can win on top of our normal winnings, then everybody would be happy about it. The problem is that the value only comes through scarcity and that will be hard to achieve if they are given away freely. And if NFTs take a too large part in the winnings it could drive away gamblers who are not interested in it. Maybe a function to choose between crypto or NFT payouts could work.  As for the usefulness I am not so sure about it. When it comes to gambling for most people it's about making a profit, and right now the times to make a profit with gambling is not so great.

With the recent update with Rollbit, I think all of this are already available on that platform since they already allow to create a team which aims to beat the house so probably you can bring your friend and gamble together. NFTs are also available on this platform, it’s utilities is more on giving privileges where you can get something if you are holding NFTs. They also have promotions before if you are going to deposit NFTs on their platform, you can get huge bonuses for that. Rollbit seems to be ahead when it comes to NFTs adoption.

(1) Yes, it is possible just like how some casinos have already made their own tokens so why not integrate their casino with an NFT. However, it will still depend on the casino itself if they see that NFT will be profitable on their end.
(2) In case casinos will integrate or create an NFT for their platform then the use case of each NFT will depend on the casino and how they will assign each of it. One possible use case that I can think of is exclusive bonuses, promotions, and services that they can receive and enjoy for their corresponding NFTs.

NFT is not all about art since its a token wrapped. It just being used to store an art during its initial release but it's use already diversify in different category and one of them is on casino industry. Some casino like Rollbit introduced there Rollbet NFT to give additional benefits to there players by just holding it. Right. I think that's why NFTs are so interesting. There are endless possibilities of how they can be used to improve the user experience for a variety of businesses. Adding non-fungible tokens to an online gambling platform can bring a lot of value to customers. The idea is too little too late, I think. The hype around NFTs basically died a year ago, and right now I don't think there are people that are still interested into receiving NFTs as a reward for their gambling activities, nor there are people out there who thinks this is a good idea and will support the platform. Statement is just valid; NFTs and Gambling are totally different things. But there's one thing which relates the two; money unless the concept of that nft is already about gambling because there is already a direct relationship. But with the first instance, sell your nft or make it as a bet (if possible) through p2p specifically to players who are also into it. Or simply sell it first then use the money to gamble. OP clearly knows only the surface of NFT. It has lots of potential as an asset specially to those which has utility for future and present purposes. There will always be a way for things to be used in relation with one another so NFTs are not merely useless but rather it can be used as resources.

I think that such a huge hype and excitement around nft is already subsiding, and the statistics of transactions on a marketplace like OpenSea or Rarible confidently speak about this.

NFT is practically not impossible, but the primary factor is that it's not known to many users. I agree that it should be incorporated, but things may take time. So we better wait for the moment when it can become more popular among the others.

I personally didn't see one but I am not familiar. I think Nfts can be used mainly in card games or in other words cards supported games. You may win some cards (as nfts) that may benefit you in a Gambling game over Blockchain. This is just what comes to my mind although there can be many other options. NFTs are great addition to blockchains in my opinion. Gambling houses may use them as loyalty program even.

Arent you aware about how Rollbit did able to integrate NFT on their platform? This might not really be the right idea or something in OP's mind but it had already been done.

Not on the sense we've been talking about point #3 in op about web3 but sooner or later we might really be able to see some revolutionary changes or new things when it comes to gambling industry.

And I don’t think that NFT will be strongly introduced into the gambling industry in online casinos. 
Of course, NFTs will gradually be introduced into regular PC RPGs, and this is already happening with many well-known games.  But playing in a casino is still not quite the same game as role-playing games like dune or some kind of arcade.  And really, why do you need some kind of pictures or characters when playing, for example, poker with real opponents in an online casino game?  Or just when you're playing dice.  I just can't imagine why any NFTs are needed.
 In addition, interest in them has been declining quite a lot lately.
