Is Bearish market the right time to buy coins?

Am a bit confused, If when the price is absolutely down is not good enough for anyone to buy their desired coin, when is then the right time?
Or perhaps you would prefer the buy high sell low strategy! I think even common sense without any TA will tell you to buy something (not necessarily crypto) when the price is down. Everyone always looks for a discount, except if you have enough cash to throw around.

If we buy now and the market goes down, of course this is a mistake, because we are losing money, analyze before assessing whether we are below or still have a chance to fall again.

Of course it's the right time to buy.  As hard as it is would you rather buy low or buy when it's high.  Sounds simple but physiology between people amd money doesn't allow for this type of thinking.  Everyone wants to buy when things are rocking.  The old Warren buffet addage:

Buy when everyone is fearful (low)
Sell when people are greedy (high)

every time is the right time mate as long as you have the capital to invest but what you are asking seems to be the "Perfect time" and that is not easy to answer .

like me ? i am buying once there are available funds as long as it is not the bull season but in time like this that the price is stagnant? for me this is a right timing .

The problem is we can't pin point the bottom, yes the price can plunge right after you buy since we can't accurately predict what's going to happen next. But it doesn't mean you made a mistake IF your plan in the first place is to hold for long period.

A bearish market is still a good chance to fill our bags but if you're worried for what might happen and you are afraid to lose your money then you can try DCA strategy. This way you don't need to worry about the price since you have set amount to buy in a certain period. However this method is ideal if Bitcoin is the coin that you'll going to buy.

The prices of Bitcoin and most altcoins are still far from their ATH, so no worry to buy now. We should feel worried to buy if most coins have reached the new ATH. No, there is nothing to confuse here but the dumped in the price is only the best time for buying. Don't follow the people who are buying high because they think the price will continue to rise as most of the time they fail and ended up selling at low. TAs are mostly used in trading and the ones that is being used the most in investing must be FA but if we think we can benefit by using both of them, why not?

You need more than a common sense here especially if the coins that you are going to buy are the risky ones or the newly released coins. Big/rich investors are also like us poor people. They also wait for a perfect buying opportunity before they buy.

What if you buy and the market keep dumping, investors that bought the dip of Luna when it dumped the first time are regretting now. They bought thinking the token was at a discount not knowing it was dieing.

Just because a coin is selling at a discount doesn't mean you should buy it thinking you'll make profit when the next bull market begins. If you do that you'll end up like the investors of Luna that are now in losses.

I think the bear market is more about researching on your favorite projects, use the bear market to watch how they're developing and observe how good or bad they're handling the bear market before you throw your money into the project.

look at VELO and CFX these two coins have also dropped dramatically last year and rebounded to 1000% because China announced they support crypto,

many coin in general after having some fall in term of value that's quite significant they always bounce back somehow, of course this not gonna be happening in some coins that's just under the category of shitcoin, only coin with good utility.

And you need to classify those categories, shit coins, most of them will drop following the downtrend movement and eventually die naturally, unlike with good project where after the dump there's a big chance that it will bounce back.

You need to analyze and make sure to follow the project for you to determine if the team behind already

Yeah, i agree. For some people they will choose to buy once, but for the most part I have learned to buy cumulatively, the lower the market, the more buying.  so a bearish market or a current rally are both reasonable buying ranges for me.  I know some people want to buy a full bottom to get a good position but no one knows for sure the best time to buy even in a bearish market.

Yeah, i agree. For some people they will choose to buy once, but for the most part I have learned to buy cumulatively, the lower the market, the more buying.  so a bearish market or a current rally are both reasonable buying ranges for me.  I know some people want to buy a full bottom to get a good position but no one knows for sure the best time to buy even in a bearish market.

a good strategy is to buy by accumulation, because during the bearish season we will find it difficult to find a bottom from Bitcoin or the Altcoin itself,
by accumulating it we will be safe from the so-called Rug Pull, especially now that so many altcoins have become scams.
