I keep waiting and then i told the system has flagged my account which is because of the USDT address i sent to and that it links me to other sportsbet accounts but with sll the evidence i provided it should show that i did something every crypto gambler does. Bet, win/lose and cashout to fiat. I did nothing wrong, i could not have avoided this nor foreseen it. Now i have been waiting for days with no reply and i really like this site and wanna continue gambling here but i need someone to help me get their attention so they can resolve this matter!

Mistakes happen and this is clearly a mistake from your side. If they find links with other account no matter how it happen they are going to act according to their terms. Since the mistake is from your side, and you claim that you gave them enough evidence, let's see what they say. If they say they are not satisfied then they have the full right to say it. But if they decides to give you a chance then it's even better.

You may contact their official representative on the forum. Send them a PM pointing this topic and let's see what they response.

Appreciate the response but i don’t see how it can be a mistake on my side? The probability of something like this happening is 1/1.000.000 lol. I was selling crypto and withdrew directly to the buyer which is nothing out of the ordinary? But yes i have pm’ed the Bitcointalk profile “Sportsbet.io” and awaiting response.

Can you provide proof that you are having a transaction to the buyer that you are claiming since he is supposed to be the receiver of the USDT. It's the only way to proved that you are really telling the truth because you might be using the Kraken verification as an excuse after your account got a problem due to connection to other account.

Can you show the date of the Kraken email screenshot that you provide above to make sure that your alibi is legit. Sportsbet will surely freeze your account if they saw a connection on your withdrawal address.

As for the kraken date it can be seen on the screenshot. “Iforegårs 21:13” means two days ago at 21:13 and the withdrawel on sportsbet was requested at 9:20 initially two days ago, so i understand your point but that’s the case.

Screenshots of conversation i’ll keep classified for now because there is no reason to put out a chat with him in the public unless nessecary and the screenshots which shows conversation with him and date and time matches the sportsbet withdrawel and are taken from another phone to prove it’s not tampered with have been provided to sportsbet..

Ask the person that you'll be sending directly that USDT if he has used sportsbet or he has bought with some other sportsbet user as well.
I guess by proving that you're not the same person to whom you're linked with that address will make sportsbet believe that it's not a multi-account that they're suspecting you which is likely a violation on their terms and conditions.

I have asked him and i got super pissed at him even thought it is not his fault.
So i have it confirmed from him and told sportsbet as well.

I understand the terms of sportsbet and i’m not angry about it tbh.
I enjoy betting there and they are a legitimate website in general in my opnion and ofcourse they have to abide by their terms of service but in this case it was a mistake that i could not have foreseen, avoided or done anything about.. i just wanted to cash out to fiat and my kraken that i usually use had just got 2FA added so it had withdrawels paused. Everything is supported by evidence.

All i’m worried and annoyed about is lack of communication from sportsbet side and the fact they don’t reply.. :/

if you want to get the support it sounds like you should explain how the address you provided can be linked to another account. I mean a screenshot of your conversation with your crypto buyer.
I guess it can be your proof that you are using an address that is not yours. but belongs to the buyer, who may have been detected making a withdrawal or deposit into someone else's Sportsbet account.

after you have prepared all the evidence, I think you can contact the representative on the forum sportsbet.io

I guess it can be your proof that you are using an address that is not yours. but belongs to the buyer, who may have been detected making a withdrawal or deposit into someone else's Sportsbet account.

Sportsbet does not allow multi-account and therefore your account is suspended. I am sure the buyer Sportsbet account would be suspended too? Did you have a conversation with him and ask him about the status of his account?

Yeah but it wasn’t multi accounting when all i did was withdraw to an addy that someone else uses because i was selling him crypto lol.

Furthermore to ensure legitimacy of my chat i took pictures of my phone with another phone to show it.. so its not edited.

you might need to wait several days to get a reply from him or perhaps try linking this thread on their ANN thread(in case you haven't done it yet) since there might be a chance Steve enabled the feature where his account wont be able to receive PMs from newbie rank accounts. also, Steve is the only one I know that has a direct connection to sporstbet.io.

Yeah there is not always the case of editing pictures, sometimes you can even fake out a chat by using two numbers, chatting by yourself between the two accounts, and pretending one is the buyer and another one is you too when both of the numbers are yours own. That's why i asking if you have any other proof other than this chat.

Anyways, i am not drawing any conclusions, and also
sportsbet.io  is investigating the issue himself as he said   Let me check out these two cases and get back to you. in the other thread.

As said, Steve on it so there's nothing to worry about it anymore and you just have to wait on the response of them since they're taking it carefully now.
And he said that he'll back to you so, that's a good sign that you've been heard and that will be taken into account with the case that you've sent them, so a little bit and more of your patience.
