avalon 1166 pro 81th not hashing

Im getting this log, no idea what it means, but i replaced the psu and still bad.  avalon has not returned emails, anyone in here know what this means?

Would you mind checking if both fans are working and connected properly?

Also, try to flash the unit to the latest firmware. If it doesn't work then try to use FMS tools to calibrate the unit by using the "aging button". Let's see if there are changes in the logs.

Yes first thing I did was download the beta upgrade tool and flash the latest from canaan.

Side note: when I first got it, the guy before me installed the fans to both be going inward xD.   I fixed the fans, and figure must be a burnt out control board because the logs seem to show literally everything wrong...he prolly torched the unit

I have the fms tool but it does not show the aging button. 

The avalonbuddy tool, showed everything as fail; temp sens, fans, hash 0 1 2 , i feel that it would be highly improbable for everything in this unit to fail... so i think maybe control board

I have a A1246-85t as well , and I just swapped the control boards, its showing the fans running and temps on hashboards, but not hashing; this is the log with the 1166 running on the 1246 control board:

now if it is a 1166 control board, seems like the only place that sells them is china?  idk thanks for the quick replace bitmax lmk what you think

I don't know if replacing the control board with a different unit model is compatible. So I'm not sure if the logs are right after you switch to the 1246 control board.

About the FMS tool, there is another version of this tool that has an aging button you need to download it again here https://canaan.io/service/447 make sure to download the FMS app or tool the 2nd or the 3rd one has an aging button near diagnose button.
Some people solve their case by using the aging button it is just a calibration and let's hope that it will work if not try to run the miner with one hash board test them one by one and let's see if maybe one of the hashboard has a short circuit that leads to other components not work properly. Remove it once you find the culprit.

Ok, i just found it, its v2.3.3, the third one on the list.  Gonna put the control board back in and test this out, what exactly does this aging feature do?  would it be relevant if i already used the beta upgrade tool? thanks again

I don't know if replacing the control board with a different unit model is compatible. So I'm not sure if the logs are right after you switch to the 1246 control board.

About the FMS tool, there is another version of this tool that has an aging button you need to download it again here https://canaan.io/service/447 make sure to download the FMS app or tool the 2nd or the 3rd one has an aging button near diagnose button.
Some people solve their case by using the aging button it is just a calibration and let's hope that it will work if not try to run the miner with one hash board test them one by one and let's see if maybe one of the hashboard has a short circuit that leads to other components not work properly. Remove it once you find the culprit.

I located IP and did the aging, with success as the result with the fms app, and still same log and errors no hashing, thinking i need to replace board with a 1166 but no one is USA is selling them it appears

Ok, i just found it, its v2.3.3, the third one on the list.  Gonna put the control board back in and test this out, what exactly does this aging feature do?  would it be relevant if i already used the beta upgrade tool? thanks again

Hey, think i just found out the guy replaced it with the wrong control board.  A lot of control boards are advertised as replacement for 1166 and 1246 , however it is the chipset that makes the difference.  this unit has the a3200 chip and i can tell he swapped the board out because it did not have the avalon sticker on the screw.  looks like he replaced with the board for chipset a3201 not a3200.  ill update when i fix it
