Yes, you are right. Thus, we will not be in trouble as long as we play gambling. The rules in the casino are sometimes confusing, especially if we don't seek further information from the casino representative or use or otherwise. According to my experience, following common sense is more than enough to avoid getting banned. You don't even need to read all the ToS. Of course we will be annoyed that our funds are being held for no apparent reason but this usually happens to big wins but for normal wins like that we will not have this period especially without reason to hold funds in the account.

You can always choose to not participate in the promotions you don't like. I agree, sometimes it's not worth it, but the other times you can see some very good promos on the same platform. Really it seen that big withdrawal is a problem casino gamblers are facing. They are denied to withdraw their wins even though when they have been asked to do KYC yet they cannot withdraw, there are some times that the casino company even block the account.
