We suppose not to be repeating what we have talked about before not long ago which still have a thread people are discussing about. I saw the thread just on the first page of gambling board.

Casino tokens doesn't follow BTC trend since its main feature is for reward. The token price is almost stable since gamblers that earn casino tokens through gambling sold there tokens to get back part of there losses. The only time this kind of tokens will pump is when it has a major listing or when the emission rate for token minting is already low so that the total circulating supply will not be flooded.

I forgot to mention that casino tokens usually have token burn so it pumps even the market is bearish once the casino commence buy back for there token burn. I would say that casino token behaviour is far different from Bitcoin but it's still same profitable in the long run.

Well you can choose to invest in casino token, most of them directly follows the bitcoin movements they are seen as an altcoin so no changes compared with other crypto token out there. Maybe you can read around the forum I suggest much discussion have taken place already.
But investment, bitcoin will be more preferable since all altcoin depends on the movement and can easily bounce back within short period of time.

I'm familiar with FUN token and compared to bitcoin, it has maintained its price more stable recently. Before the crash which has defined the end of the bull run, FUN price was 30 satoshis, but now FUN price is at 38 satoshis. So it was definitely a good investment against btc. Everyone who bought FUN back then, can sell now for 7 satoshis profit per token (1 satoshi cut for fee). It's about 26% profit made swaping FUN and bitcoin. Not bad at all...

And there are many other gambling tokens disponible on crypto market, although I can't say anything consistent about them, because I'm not an adopter.

I use to hear of some of the gambling tokens such as the owl token that was performing great with its stable price for some time until the token get listed on a new ter of exchange and since then the volume has gone down.
So I think no gambling token has performed well since the hype in casino tokens began alongside the IEO hype, their all died a natural death.

Casino tokens usually don't follow btc movements like most other tokens do. Their prices are affected by other factors.
Most of those tokens have a small marketcap and it's the team or owners who decide whether to move the price up or down.
When the prices go up too high, they increase the supply by minting as many new tokens as needed to reduce the prices. When the prices start falling, they limit the supply by burning some tokens or through buyback.
But all of this wouldn't be possible if there is no demand on the token in first place.

I have two gambling tokens and so far I'm good with both tokens these tokens have staking features and I'm staking both tokens at the same time playing on both I already made a profit from both tokens because I got a hold of them on a much lower price, both tokens are doing good in the market and both of their platforms are competitive in the gambling industry compared to new altcoins in the market it worth investing in these tokens but I would not say that its a better investment than Bitcoin or other fully established coins in the market, it's just worth adding to your portfolio.

In my personal opinion, investing in casino tokens is somehow on the borderline.  There had been some projects before but they seemed to fail.   It really depends on the Casino's performance since some casino do really have a good marketing strategy and some casinos that are performing so-so.   I think the speculation isn't different from those ordinary tokens but the advantage of gambling tokens is that they have utility on the gambling casino they are integrated with.  So better to do your own research and see it yourself if the gambling token is worth investing.

The performance of gambling tokens is dependent on the revenue of the casino though they are also affected by speculation, they do not follow BTC movement because they have already utility and that utility dictates the performance of the gambling tokens.

^I don't think it is advisable if you are a pure gambler, not an investor.
I have held casino tokens but I choose a casino that has a good reputation and I know it is unlikely to scam its users. The token casino is very risky, it is not advisable to hold it for a long time. I am still in favor of BTC and a few established altcoins to hold while gambling, it makes me comfortable that I know I am in a safe zone when it comes to price volatility.

Read up the 1st comment on this thread which it would really be a good thread for your to look upon since its been discussing about gambling based tokens.Its up to you whether you would really be considering on investing with these tokens or not.When we do talk about performance then this is something we could really say that it would be always varying with the demand.Usually these tokens doesnt really correlate with
Bitcoins price or overall market trend.Checking out chart histories of the current existing  casino tokens which they arent really that on a good condition or position if we do talk about value.
Its up to someones choice which if they could really bare out that certain risk or not.

Betfury so far is the token I received in the signature bounty campaign back when Betfury is in their ICO stage as the most profitable token I've received I never thought that they will be one of the frontlines in the casino-based tokens before there were only a few casino based tokens but their platform is not active here in Bitcointalk, BFG token so far have exceeded my expectation but not all token based casino are good I have seen some new casino with their token already out of the picture after doing their ICO, so still better do your research check the platform, its reputation and profitability of course.

Having your own token might not be the option now for those casinos, because they started to innovate with NFT so I believe it's better to have your own NFTs than to have your own token, I've seen the success of NFTs with Rollbit and I believe that's a good update. Some site choose not to create their token though, because they know investors are not all gamblers. It's not advisable and not mandatory for a new gambling site, it's better to have more options when depositing than to focus on one token only.

Thanks for all your replies, now I understand that most gambling tokens lack real utilities, if they are been stable in a worse market condition like this it means that adoption rate is very low and the use case is not good enough, by the way I think having tokens make no sense, I don't know why they still do it.

It's hard to see them being used outside of their casinos. People mainly invest in them is just for the rewards and price appreciation, nothing else.

Investing in casino tokens or choosing other coins will depend on the results of your own analysis and considerations because everyone must have thought of everything before making a decision. If we look at the performance of each casino coin or token and compare it with other coins or BTC, it is very different because each coin or token will provide different benefits. But for the possibility of increasing, all coins and tokens on the market can increase, especially if a big pump is coming to the market, including casino tokens or sports club tokens. So before you decide, you better find out more about the projects so you can find out if it's worth doing or if it is better to choose another coin or token.

I think gambling tokens are different and not the same as altcoins. Because of the gambling token based on my perspective and understanding, besides you can trade it on other exchanges, you can also play on the gambling platform that has it so you can gamble, it depends on you if it's just to pass the time for you to save or to grow of course there is money.

But I also think it is also possible that other gambling tokens follow or move based on the movement of bitcoin's price, this is just my opinion, I don't know about others.
