hello everyone.
As payid19.com, we offer a cryptocurrency payment infrastructure to merchants and receive a certain amount of fees from their payments.
We know that merchants give privacy, so we have released a self hosted crypto payment gateway version with the experience we gained from payid19.com
You can buy and deploy digitaloceans servers. It is flexible and handy when it comes to a lot of features.

You can accept Bitcoin, USDT (TRC20, BEP20, ERC20), Trx, Bnb, Ethereum with our  (not encrypted) self-hosted Crypto Payment Gateway.
https://payid19.com/assets/img/ss13.png

Features:
No KYC
Direct Crypto Payments
Multi-Currency
Ability to Set Your Commissions or Fees
Ready policy for over and under payments
No Transaction Fees(only network fees)
No Third-Parties
Increased Privacy and Security
Non-Custodial
Independent Software

how it works?
it is a crypto-to-crypto payment gateway, you can exchange the payments you receive from your customers by withdrawing them to a crypto currency exchange of your choice.
It has been coded using many software languages and frameworks such as PHP, NodeJs, Mysql, Redis, Laravel.

By installing it on your own server; You can use it for transfers without paying any fees other than the fees you pay to the network. PCGP is designed to pay you the least transaction fees.
It works based on API, so you don't need to run the core of any coin core on your server.

It creates an invoice for each payment transaction and assigns a walllet address to each invoice according to the selected payment method, follows this address until the end of the invoice period, and marks the invoice as paid when the payment is received and notifies the necessary places.
It initially creates a main address and a certain amount of wallet addresses for each coin. It continues to quickly create new addresses and check the addresses it creates, according to the status of the wallet addresses.
It wastes the address it follows at the end of the billing period and assigns it to a new invoice, thus minimizing the collection fee by receiving multiple payments to the same address.
The payments come to the wallet addresses first and are collected at the main addresses after a time and limit you set, the collection of payments is arranged so that you pay at least a fee, and tips will be given on this subject.
You can check the main addresses with phone applications called Tronlink, Metamask and Bluewallet.
All features in one panel, customized for you and easily customizable.
Integrated Slack for notification
Well documented, structured similar to Payid19, Just change your API url

You say it's open-source on your website, but where is the source code?? I don't even see binaries.

when I see someone calling themselves "best", it alarms me that something is not right.
You are 470 days old, but you are still better than many other much more famous people who have been around for years.
Checking your rating on Trustpilot, there you have 3 five starred reviews, all written on the same day. and they all sound like generated fake reviews "very nice to use usdt to get paid, payid19 does a great job". after that, you have two negative reviews, where your users complain that you banned their accounts and kept their funds.
honestly, you sound like scammers to me.

I also didn't find it very reliable, suspending accounts without warning, in addition to blocking funds, are enough reasons to generate suspicion around the business.

Do you have anything to say about these cases?

How the hell can a self-hosted payment processor ban accounts, unless it's not actually self-hosted at all (and they lied about that)?

Maybe they meant the paid version, but then that would be equivalent to scamming the customers.

Or even maybe they banned from communication. Over Telegram, Discord, or some similar communication channel. After that ban, they can't complain about unfinished transactions or ask where is his money.

Which of the projects you are satisfied with have you commented on trustpilot?
People only comment when they have problems.
We prevent people from being scammed using our site.

We have two products, the first is payid19.com, the second is our self-hosted software.
We have banned some of our members using payid19.com for cheating people.
This is something that is included in our terms and that all payment gateways do.

No that is not what the word "open source" means/is supposed to be used for. Look on any website to see the correct definition. Like the website of the inventors of open-source definition, for one: https://opensource.org/docs/osd

While I believe you when you say your code is not encrypted, this does not make it open-source (being a FOSS developer myself).

We have two products, the first is payid19.com, the second is our self-hosted software.
We have banned some of our members using payid19.com for cheating people.
This is something that is included in our terms and that all payment gateways do.

The banning part, I understand, but you should really use another term than "self-host" because that particular word also means something I can run on my own server. Use a word like "in-house" or "enterprise" or something like that. The way your advertisement is written, is very misleading because your payment processor is actually a proprietary product according to your own explanation.

PS. Acquaint yourself with forum rules and put all your replies in one post instead of multi-posting.

.

There are many crypto payment gateway options, so in a quick comparison with famous  crypto payment processors, what distinguishes your service?
Also trying to change the facts by using statements such as "When we say open source, we mean that source codes are not encrypted" is not an attractive approach to customers.

What will happen if service is hacked because of bugs, will you bear the losses or will the responsibility rest with the users?

When we say open source, we mean that source codes are not encrypted.
And what does this mean compared to other projects? What makes your unencrypted services better than them since most of the time they're also unencrypted (but not disclosed to the public, hence closed source). I'm pretty sure you understand the differences and just use the term for marketing purpose, but keep in mind that you'll get into trouble sooner or later if one of your experienced customers find out.

Your first post says that you charge a certain amount from the payments as processing fees I assume. How much is "a certain amount" (1%, 2%, 5%...), and is the percentage fixed or does it depend on the sums being sent through your payment gateway?

BTCPay Server is completely free based on what I know, and they are a trusted service provider. What advantage would customers have using your gateway and not BTCPay Server or some other brand?

I don't know, your contribution is supposed to be open source, but it seems more like a dodgy business or I don't know if you know what open source is.

BTCPay Server is completely free, the brand is trusted. Their service requires setting up so can't be used by every customer, some technical knowledge is necessary. Easier options to installing BTCPay Server are available that's why customers choose paying fees for services by Coinbase, BitPay & Coingate. Better options are available to the OP, I wouldn't use the gateway he's offering.

<Snip>
I have no experience with setting up or using BTCPay Server, but it seems to me that those who can, could offer their services to other people for money. It goes against that self-hosted and no third-parties concept, but people have never minded choosing convenience over security. Still, I have never seen or heard of anyone doing that.

BTCPay Server has a good docs section with explanations, but technically not-gifted individuals wouldn't be interested in doing that themselves.

BTCPay Server isn't for every individual but they've got an active team. Their installation guide is good. If you don't want to install BTCPay Server you can use it from third party hosts by paying fees. Important is lightening works on your own install it doesn't work on third party providers.
