The name is "E9.3 Firmware version number: Firmware –9.0.0.20"

- http://miner.ebang.com.cn/upload/miner/cms/btc_upgrade_9.0.0.21.bin
The name is "E9.3 Firmware version number: Firmware –9.0.0.21"

Those are Ebang E9.3 Firmware. Cant get if from anywhere. The only place is megaminer which has 9.0.0.23 which is too recent (cant update the machine).

I have the same firmware upgrade issue with my Ebang Ebit E9.3 miner. I have tried to upgrade the miner with your mentioned firmware version 9.0.0.23, but it didn't work at all.

This sucks. It all looks as though their miner part of the website is down. Worse still, not GitHub to retrieve the older releases from.

I checked out their main site, maybe you can give it a shot by writing to their support

General Inquiries

Products Inquiries
products@ebang.com

Edit: from the archived version of the site (https://web.archive.org/web/20210618215111/http://miner.ebang.com.cn/article-13.html) I managed to salvage this;

I have already been mailed and skype to all of them on the same communication contacts quite long time before as per provided by you, but sorry to say that these guys didn't respond back at all ever. This really sucks. If you have got any response from them please let me know. Thanks.

I tried to search but I couldn't find other sources to download them I have a list of that firmware before in Google Drive as I bookmarked but I formatted my PC which is why I can't retrieve my links.

Would you mind checking the control board for the exact model and CPU name we will try to search it through that keyword?

Let's see if can still retrieve them or find another source.

Sorry to say but I cant  find any firmware for this control board. Even my old links for zynq CPUs are no longer available.

What exactly the current status of your miner? Why did you want it to upgrade it?

If its not working due to firmware issue your last hope is to replace the control board.

Its Okay! No problem at all.

Its keeps restarting again and again once start. Sometimes shows quite high temperature and sometimes keeps the hash rate zero while everything connected okay. And sometime works good without any issue. So i think upgrading the firmware could fix the issue.

I am not sure whether its firmware issue or power supply issue as power supply is normal.  Thanks.

I can't say if it's a firmware issue but it is more likely a PSU issue.

Can you still access the WebGUI or dashboard?
If you can still access through the miner's IP would you mind checking the API logs or any logs that contain your miner's activity logs? Maybe we can find the issue under that logs?

Post the logs here don't forget to put it inside the code tag a # button you can find it while editing your post.

Also, I would like you to try is to hard reset the miner by holding the IP or reset button for 15 to 20 seconds then release.
Set up the miner again then test.

Actually, I have opened the miner for its servicing like to fix burnt power supply cables and dust cleaning and adding the heat sink silicon flux/paste to hash boards' heat sinks, once assembled and run back the miner I'll update you with the same. Thanks for keep helping.
