That's what makes this more strange because a normal person will not continue to bet on a casino where he accused for scamming. Maybe he just do this for some personal reasons and another maybe he just a butthurt because he lost a lot of money playing on that casino then this is just a part of revenge. Doing this will just make your case strong. You admit that you used your friend email to create account and you admit that you are the one controlling it on your above which is sufficient for a violation of there multiple account rules. This is a very terrible action.

Once you broke the casino terms of service you disable your privilege even if you won, we have seen a lot of complaints of people having a hard time withdrawing because they blatantly broke the rules, some players are lucky to have their deposit returned but in OP's case, he intentionally broke the casino's terms and rules, he did not cheat in the game but he cheated by violating their terms and in their terms casinos clearly state that they are going to ban you and confiscate your winnings, OP should have learned that in the first violation.

Didn't you login to the new account (the one created by your friend) with your own IP address?
I don't know how their system exactly works, but they probably have some tools for detecting multiple accounts. Casinos usually detects multiple accounts easily even if you try to hide the truth.
You broke their rules. Although the account had been created by your friend, you were the real owner of that. Wasn't you?

You can use email of random person but the ownership will still be yours if you are one using it to gamble with your own money. Probably you login that account to your device that you used on your other account that has an issue before which is the reason on how they traced your account.

It is his account. He is not into betting or crypto. He told me he had no problem in create account but we go 70-30 in profits and i accepted. I could have bet 600$ into roulette with any account , this multiaccount shit is just an excuse to not pay. That his account in logged in my phone doesnt mean it is mine
