OP is making this hard by asking about doubling my money because it can mean a few things. You can double the money you have deposited or double a single bet. If I had a bet of $10 and won, I'd keep playing, but if that bet was $10k, I'd stop for sure. Same with my money in the casino. If I had $20 there and kept playing with $1 bets until I get to 40, I'd probably still play, but if I got a jackpot and made it to $400 out of my $40, I'd stop playing.

When winning big or significantly big which an amount which i hadnt really able to get a hold on my entire life then i would really be calling it a day and would really be allocating some amounts for the next session.

I’ve been on this situation many times before and I keep playing until I get the entertainment that I want and to have more profit. But the result is always ended up losing everything because it’s very easy to increase bet if you knew that your money that you use is a profit. 

If you keep playing, there's a good chance you'll end up losing all the value (what you invested + what you won).
You may rarely be lucky enough to double the amount again (doubleply), but I'm sure that if you didn't stop the first time, you will hardly stop the second time, so the result will again be a zero balance.
I also always played until I lost everything, because what matters to me is entertainment, not profit.

This year I have been more immersed in the games with PF, I have added volume and I have added to my route the slots, that we are going to see if I stick to the maximum of 100 spins and bets $0.1 -$0.2 (I like 1 penny slots). I am taking a break every 5 rounds, whether I am winning or better to take a pause when I'm losing. Same here. I mean, I can't imagine betting $10k or even $1k at once, but if I hit a 200x+ multiplier on my bet, I stop in most of the cases. The only exception is when it's a higher multiplier contest, and I know that 200x wouldn't be enough to get a prize. In that case I will continue betting until I hit something bigger or lose enough to stop for the day.

Of course, those who come to gamble will not just have fun and wait for their balance to run out and then leave the casino.
what you do is certainly realistic. gamble to win. get a big win, of course, will withdraw the winnings and leave the casino for a while.

When someone was winning big amounts of money. Im sure that he/she will not even see that as an entertain anymore. People may call that as an entertain when they were bet with small amounts of money but once they will be winning like 500x multiplier and then they will be withdrawing their money. You ust also aware if we are still in the crisis and so many people need money. that proves that if there's no need to continue to gamble it but you may try to left small amounts of money in your wallet and then withdraw the rest.
Im sure that mostly of people will be withdrawing their money to their wallet rather than holding it even longer.
