How would the world be if Bitcoin wasn't created

Bitcoin has time and again proved that it is the next big thing after Internet, the decentralization is what people required and it has given every common man the power to believe in it ...

But have you ever thought how could be the world without bitcoin ..

1)  No worldwide community would have existed for a single cause of Decentralization ,not only for Bitcoin but even to raise a voice for something like this ...

2) Govts and Banks would have taken full advantages during pandemic

3) People would have no better choice to invest apart from land, stocks or bonds 

4) The excitement to grow money 10-20 folds would have not existed ...

5)  Top Business House and Influencers, such as Michael Saylor or Elon Musk would have been obsolete with just a few tweets...

6) The search for a person (Nakamoto) , was never been so much anticipated by the whole world, probably like the "Wealth of Rothschild"..

7) Countries would have no other option to trade in apart from usd or gold like before... Now they can in Bitcoin

Bitcoin had changed the entire world making more crypto projects 5o come into the market and more opportunities for people to buy there favorite coins or coins they think it's going to be very profitable to them. So many opportunities had emerged as a result of Bitcoin making many persons to be very profitable and comfortable with what they do even without having to go to work every morning or night.

I can't even mention it all what Bitcoin had contributed to our lives which is one of the reason why we need to be very grateful to Satoshi Nakamoto which brought and implemented this idea which is making us a very comfortable persons without depending on just one source of income.

Bitcoin is really the option the world needs in this peril Time and the pandemic made us realise that. The pandemic was and indeed demonstrated a world in need of a change, a world where most of the traditional ways known to man wasn't going to be at its best function and bitcoin stepped in to ensure the people don't crumble under the weights of the times.

Bitcoin has done most of what was and wasn't expected of it and still looks forward to doing more with legalisation. Its role to play in the world to come cannot be over emphasised.

Speculating about what would have happened if what happened had not happened is part of philosophical thinking. You are not going to reach any conclusion by understanding conclusion as something derived from a scientific reasoning process.

So I leave you to speculate about the counterfactual you propose. I prefer to focus on what is happening in the world today and what may happen in the future.

Your opinion makes sense too,, indeed we are better off just thinking about what has happened and also preparing for the future, because if our think about what is not clear, of course it will not produce anything. so it's better if we think about positive things, don't think about things that are not clear.

It's a good thing to be among those that know about bitcoin existence. Had it been bitcoin didn't exist, I don't know what the world will be like for those that are looking for financial freedom. Am happy to be among those that have benefited from bitcoin exposure to riches. Times are hard in society and bitcoin has been a good help to us that have bitcoin as a store of their assets

I worry that if bitcoin didn't exist, or if I didn't learn about bitcoin when I did, that would mean that I could have possibly end up losing a lot of time in my life. Thanks to bitcoin I live a life where when something major happens, I could be with my family, for the past 1 year, we had to deal with sickness and hospitals everyday for a while, and I was there to help with all of that, because I was capable of doing that thanks to bitcoin and my work in the field.

If I didn't know, then I would be working in a regular 9-5 job, maybe worse, and then I wouldn't be with them because I would have to be at work, and that would be quite terrible to not be with them during this difficult time.

There are many 'if' words regarding this and if bitcoin was never created I guess we would start moving to other currencies and assets instead of bitcoin because we can see the world is moving always to new technologies and people are showing interest in the decentralized thing where they won't have to involve any their party element for their deals and especially if this third-party is the governments so I guess even if the bitcoin was never created people would start moving to other things instead of bitcoin.

although it is a pretty crude fact, i can tell you this is what people care about bitcoin more than the rest. bitcoin can be said to be an asset class that offers unprecedented volatility and everyone who invests in bitcoin is interested in this, only in the crypto market do we have a chance to see 100x 1000x growth, which no other market can offer. bitcoin has brought wealth to a lot of people and today people continue to invest in bitcoin hoping to get rich with little capital, because with little capital you have almost no chance to change your position in the world out there

Bitcoin is here to make a change, where many people have got what they want, by taking more or less part of the investment from it, bitcoin decentralization has become a pattern that makes people feel safe and can control their own investments, where previously fiat currencies were centralized by certain authorities.
Can't imagine what it would be like today, if bitcoin was not created by Satoshi, but bitcoin has helped many people in preparing a mature investment.

To be honest without Bitcoin, I would remain broke until today. And not just that, I would remain a complete disappointment to my family by not being financially secured. Although video games and travel are always my true passions in life, but both cannot make a difference for me if I wasn't into crypto.

I was a network marketer for years and remained a big disappointment. Was searching for greener pastures from here and there until I decided to go all-in on crypto and it worked! The question of what would have happened if Bitcoin was never created is irrelevant, as it is clear that it has already changed a lot since its inception. It has changed the way people think about economics, it has changed the way people transfer funds, and it has even changed the way some businesses do their transactions. The Bitcoin system provides a quick and seamless way for individuals who have no reason to trust one another interact as if they did. In the Bitcoin community, members will exchange bitcoins quickly and easily without having to go through a bank or credit card processor, who may charge a fee for the service. This is an excellent alternative to cash and credit cards especially when large sums are being exchanged.

The question on whether or not Bitcoin would have been created if it weren't for the motivation of the creator might remain a mystery, but one thing is for sure: Bitcoin has certainly made the world a better place by giving us a reliable, cheap and fast means of financial transactions.

Bitcoin is just another opportunity man. Without this, people still looking for a job, an investment, running a business, etc in order to survive. The passion for doubling the money is definitely still there. No matter in a good or bad way, ponzi schemes, MLM business, and Forex trading are some things that can be done to fill people's desire to get rich quick. It is undeniable that Bitcoin gives a better chance even though criminals also work in this way.
I think if Bitcoin didn't exist, all countries would have no plans to make digital money for their legal currency. CBDC will never be created, because they never thought to create a technology like Blockchain.

Even if bitcoin had never existed, the world would have continued to function as it did before. We live in an innovative world where change never stops, thus it is certain that changes would have occurred in the global financial sector. Perhaps if bitcoin had never been, we would have come across a different way to invest or save money with features that would be different from bitcoin's. Since our world is constantly changing, bitcoin or not, it will eventually become what it will be before the end of time.

The world's financial system is now more transparent and has made life easier thanks to bitcoin. Now Bitcoin had been created, why is it that there are lots of people still fall into Ponzi Schemes?  Even fraudster exploits Bitcoin's popularity to trick newcomers to fall into their Ponzi scheme company.  I know Bitcoin brings lots of changes into the financial system but Bitcoin does not prevent people from falling into Ponzi schemes.

I think CBDC would still exist.  Before Bitcoin is created there is already a cryptocurrency known as ecash which is developed by the company Digicash[1] in 1990, followed by E-gold in 1996, Bit Gold concept, B-Money in 1998, Hashcash which is developed in mid-1990. [1]  The concept of electronic cash is proposed by American Cryptographer David Chaum in 1983 which has a similarity to modern day cryptocurrency.[1]  In short, the concept is already established decades before Bitcoin is created.

Luckily, we know bitcoin which helps us in many ways.

I beg to differ in the opinion here, many people have said that the world wouldn't have been as great as it is if not for Bitcoin. I am not against Bitcoin but I think bitcoin has not done so much in the world that the world would no longer cope without it. There are some millionaires and billionaires who are doing well and who doesn't care about bitcoin and there are poor people who haven't heard about bitcoin and they are still living. There are average people that knows nothing about Bitcoin but the world is still good and sweet for them.

The idea of decentralization is a very strong one, but its origins are in nature (mycelium, for example) and in 20th century philosophy (the concept of rhizome). Many, but by no means everyone. Even after bitcoin existed, ponzi schemes in the name of bitcoin were also created. Many people fall into and become victims of the ponzi scheme, so the ponzi scheme does not disappear even with or without bitcoin.

Thanks for the correction. Apparently I didn't read the history. Since you said it, I forced myself to go to wikipedia and read the full history, haha, what a fool.
But I still think CBDC will not be created because there is no trigger. For governments, Cryptocurrency is the "killer" of fiat; that's the trigger. They want people to believe the digital money they create is safer than Cryptocurrencies. No Bitcoin = no trigger.
