If this continues to happen again and again, do you think such a person will ever leave such a habit?

And another question is, if you are addicted to gambling and wants to quit but discovers that seeing gambling Ads on the internet is one of the triggers that lures you into gambling again, is it possible for you to stay away from the internet until you are sure you've completely healed from that addiction?

My experience with gambling addictions are limited, but I have friends who were struggling with alcohol and tobacco addictions and for them it's almost impossible to be around people who are doing the things they are trying to stay away from. With gambling addictions I am assuming it is going to be same. Receiving advertising on a daily basis from casinos must be very hard and I expect many recovering addicts are struggling with it.  As far as I know there is no way to opt out of gambling advertising when browsing the internet. You can unsubscribe from a casino newsletter, but this doesn't include other ads you see online. And there is no real option to stay away from the internet all together. We all need to stay online and connected for our jobs. The only solution I am seeing is to use ad blockers as a browser addin to not see any advertising online.

You really are not in a quitting stage if at the sight of ads you are hooked or back again, the first thing you should conquer is the sight, if you can still see those ads and are not tempted to play again, then you are in the big step of quitting gambling, even if you are away from the internet the memory will trigger the urge to gamble again, the internet is very important to all of us if you can't use the internet without having to go back to gambling, then you are not really that serious.

It might be difficult not to be tempted for the first time or in the early stages because we still often play gambling. But if we really want to leave gambling, maybe we need to stay away from seeing those ads so there is no desire to return to online or offline casinos. This is important for those who want to stop gambling from realizing it because not many can do it because of the many temptations we find, especially when we explore the internet without limits. If we take this seriously, I'm sure the gambling ads won't tempt us back to the casinos and we should be able to get over it pretty easily.
