限を，平成２６年５月９日に伸長するとの決定が発せられましたのでお知らせいたしま

ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE EXTENSION OF THE DEADLINE FOR
SUBMISSION OF THE EXAMINATION RESULTS REPORT

In relation with the application for commencement of a civil rehabilitation proceeding made by
MtGox Co., Ltd., the Tokyo District Court issued on February 28, 2014 an examination order and
appointed attorney-at-law Nobuaki Kobayashi as examiner.

We hereby announce that the Tokyo District Court issued today an order extending to May 9, 2014
the deadline for the examiner to submit the results of its examination."

So no good news here. They will probably need another extension after this one. Meanwhile the coins are mixing around maxing the paper trail and 'investigation' even harder.

Why your blood boils? There is no any heater or anything in this forum,
Mt. Gox is past and Bitcoin is actual future so no need to pressurize your pressure and no need to boil your red blood.

The reality is still very painful for people who lost money. There is no closure for a long time to come.

Yes I accept you that Gox is old story, now Gox is not counted in btc market anymore.
But People who lost money from Gox must get some solution which will bring them back to Bitcoin which is good for Bitcoin community and Bitcoin future too.

I hope we get closure, but there is a real chance we might never know the whole truth.
