It was such a clinical and easy win for Fenerbahce, they didn't shed a sweat when winning, well that is hyperbole obviously but it was definitely an easy win that's for sure. The first goal was the hardest, because Sivas was defending hard, but after the first goal, there was no reason for Sivas to defend anymore, 1-0 and 3-0 had the same result for them so they started attacking more and that is how Fenerbahce got easier defense facing them and they just had easier goals. Ferdi is a whole another deal, he might be the best player on that team and may rival any other player in any other team, dude is playing like a premier league wing back, and this is why there are talks about him leaving for a premier league club. If Fenerbahce can get 20+ million for him that's great, anything else would be disappointment for sure, dude worths so much.

It was a match that was dominated by Fenerbahce during 90 minutes. Maybe they couldn't break the deadlock in the first half but after doing so in the second half the rest came much easier. The only thing Sivasspor could have done is to play fully defensive and force the match to end by penalty shoot-outs. But Fenerbahce were having a really good day which shattered the dreams of their opponent. Now we are going to find out which team will be Fenerbahce's opponent in the finale. Is it going to be Basaksehir or Ankaragucu?

Sivasspor did better than I expected. The managed to draw the first leg and came into the second leg even. But the odds were always against them coming into the second leg. Fenerbahche completely dominated the whole game. And kudos again to Sivasspor for making it through the first half without conceding a goal despite how dominate Fenerbahche was. There were chances where Sivasspor could have taken the lead too.
When Fenerbahche scored the first goal, it made Sivasspor to come out and search for an equalizer and that made them vulnerable at the back and they got hurt for it.

I am not entirely sure which team played better honestly, they both looked great and they both played amazingly. The worst one in the game was the ref, he definitely butchered the game for both sides without a doubt, so many questionable calls and I would be pissed off if I was an Ankaragucu fan because they were the one who ended up losing, Basaksehir suffered from the ref a lot as well by the way it wasn't just the losing side, but they ended up with a win so it doesn't really matter in the end. I hope that this ref situation gets fixed eventually here, because we are all sick and tired of seeing terrible refs making the whole headline all about themselves due to their incompetence, we really need better ones without question.

Batshuayi became the man of the match undoubtedly by scoring 2 goals. Basaksehir had even only 2 goal attempts in total.

By the way there were some rumours like Ali Koc wasn't going to watch this finale at the stadium. Was that really true? I didn't see him if he was there. And if he really wasn't then it looks like his absence helps Fenerbahce win matches easier.

President Ali Koç is giving Fenerbahçe the worst times in their history. I don't remember how many different coaches he worked with so far. Of course, a team that makes so many manager changes cannot be successful because so many manager changes also mean constant system changes. I think the Turkish cup they won this season is largely a chance. I don't think they will be able to repeat the same success next season. If they keep changing coaches that many, they will have to wait another 9 years to win their next trophy.

As you have said coach and the president have been criticized a lot and after they win the cup Jesus announced that he resigned. Well, resigning after winning something, even though it is Turkish Cup, is kind of good move in my opinion. He was obviously didn't do so great in the league. I actually can't believe we think this after they got 80 points. But Başakşehir also played horribly in the final. Fener could get an easy win. Başakşehir is not what they are used to be. 5-10 years ago Başakşehir would win this game. With this game, the season is completely over until the Super Cup game before of the season. It was not a good finish. The Cup victory does not make the club management safe, they obviously are not good.
