That's what I was wondering too. If I was to gamble 2400€ I would do it with a reputable company, with lots of reviews and a well known brand. I would also read the T&Cs to verify that I don't do anything forbidden (such as using a VPN or connecting from certain jurisdiction) and the KYC requirements, if any.

But day after day we see cases of people who lost big money in gambling sites or bookmakers that nobody knows.

Maybe it is because the added risk which arises from the uncertainty due not playing in a safe place? it doesn't sound logical, but it might be so.

What will happen if he/she makes a complaint on the scam accusation thread? Yeah, it will create awareness for other people to avoid this gambling site but i don't think the gambling site will return the money if their intent was to scam.

Having an ANN thread is no guarantee that the site will respond to or resolve the queries. It does not matter if the site has an ANN thread here or not. If the site wants to scam, its representatives will just ignore the scam accusation and keep on marketing the site. An example of this is the 1xbit site.

I will never deposit a big amount like this in an unknown gambling platform/without some trusted review/topic here in bitcointalk.
I see on trustpilot they have 80% of evaluations with range of 1-2 stars so it's really hard get something from this site...but...

I think it's not advisable get this negative promotion and probably this could help for recovering at least your deposit...

about your deposit, don't wait more time.
if you have sent this amount with credit card you can ask for a total refund from bank account (chargeback)...
however try to talk with your bank since it's possible in some cases "a recall" if you have these kinds of trouble and you have sent with a wire transfer.

The OP said that he made 4 deposits, so I'm guessing he didn't deposit all of the €2400 at once. But you're right: It would have been wiser not to proceed with a new deposit without first testing withdrawals - and being sure that there is no problem! I guess he just wasn't expecting the casino to have a problem with his withdrawal request.

These days the casinos are too clever that they will let you withdraw small amounts of money in order to gain your trust but when you make a big deposit and try to withdraw they may block your account and not allow the withdrawal. I don't know exactly what is the withdrawal and KYC policy of n1bet.com but one thing is for sure they are scammers and should be avoided in the future.

Also, OP might have to bear the loss and get this lesson of no playing at unknown and untrusted casinos as there is more risk playing at those gambling houses.

It is really very sad that you have been cheated out of this casino out of more than seven thousand euros.  I saw it got some bad reviews from trustpilot too and there are also some reviews saying they got scammed you can open a topic on scam association about it.  From where people can see that this site is scam, but since they don't have any announcement thread in this forum, I think the users of this forum know very little about this site.  But if you open a scam association then everyone will be wary of it

This seems like a clear case to me but unfortunately for the OP there is not much we can do as we are just average gamblers like him with limited time and resources at our disposal.
