Learning cryptocurrency will attract you towards the digital world and internet technology. It will prepare you for the future, since digital world is here to stay, and technology is progressing and evolving rapidly.

Is it time for the whole world to embrace, adapt, add it in educational curriculum and teach cryptocurrency to the youth?

I think awareness is more important rather then education if a person knows there is something called crypto and there is Bitcoin which can be future money then the person Is going to Educate himself on his own efforts. Open up a college or institute to crypto and the neighbors don't even know there is something called BTC.

Apart from the many negative sentiments that continue to circulate in the market towards cryptocurrencies, the development of cryptocurrencies is actually growing at this time, even many from educational institutions are starting to educate students, university students and the general public about the benefits of crypto today, of course, with these seminars it will open up more  for our eyes on the benefits of cryptocurrency in every sector of life in the modern era as it is today, besides that I think with the widespread development of cryptocurrencies today, maybe schools need to create a new curriculum that can indeed educate students about cryptocurrencies at school.

CryptoCurrency is a subcategory of technology and/or finance. On the top of my head, it doesn't make much sense for it to have a separate subject/course; and that there are lots of things to prioritize than crypto.

Also, a digital world doesn't automatically mean that 'world' uses cryptocurrencies.

Education about Bitcoin or Cryptocurrency in the world is not only introduced in universities, it needs to be presented to almost all people in the world. Cryptocurrency is now spread like a net across the globe. You notice that people are more opportunistic towards cryptocurrencies nowadays than in the past.

Because more and more people are trying to learn something modern, cryptocurrency has come to a stage now which is just attracting people. People will slowly come to the technology dependent stage where Only technical work will be done.

Finally I would like to say that Bitcoin is now spread like a net around the world.

Its likely not cryptocurrency that they are interested but only the Blockchain and how it can be used to future projects.
After he dotcom bubble the big macro investors were already seeking where the development of technology will head and they were speculating AI and robotics will be developed further where we can see flying cars but surprisingly the rise of Blockchain technology made them wrong.

I think crypto education is still included in the scope of economic education, and what needs to be harmonized is the economics material in schools that should be adapted to modern conditions. If it is included in the curriculum, it is still quite far, but if it is included in the curriculum sub-chapter, it can be considered. Provided that the education has qualified facilities (at least the provision of computers). However, not all education in other parts of the country provides such learning media services. Lagging behind, limitations, and minimal budget are the biggest obstacles to achieving ideal educational goals.

Talking about education is certainly very broad, and I think that incorporating cryptocurrency material into learning is the duty of the minister of education. The problem is that not every country is open, recognizing, and aware of the role of cryptocurrencies in the realm of economic growth.

actually crypto education doesn't have to be a top priority at universities, not everyone gets this knowledge from universities usually they get it themselves from studying in this forum, I think this forum can also provide someone's knowledge and experience in the crypto field, but I support that also the importance of learning about blockchain technology used by cryptocurrencies is also needed because we do not know in the future this technology will be useful or not

There are a lot of Universities around the world that is opening up with crypto education and even accepting crypto payments as well. So I'm not surprised that this numbers are growing like every year. Those schools and universities wanted to be the first one to have this kind of course, and perhaps they know that this is the future and so they are willing to test the waters specially coming from big universities from UK and USA.

I checked one of the unis listed by the op (Toronto), and I found one course on Bitcoin and crypto investing, as well as some crypto-related events. But is there a program there or in any of the universities the op listed that it specifically dedicated to cryptos, Blockchain or Bitcoin? Can you major in it or get a degree in it? If not, then I wouldn't call crypto education a priority of these institutions, as a course (or even several courses) is a very small thing if we consider how many courses there are per program, how many faculties there are etc. But there are bits of crypto education that are becoming available at the level of higher education in various countries around the world, I'd agree with that.

Crypto education is very important for those who do not have slightly knowledge on how the market works and the safety of holding and keeping there coin from becoming a victim of scammers which is necessary. Even crypto education has nothing to do with university education but those who know more about programming will find it easier to grab the knowledge than the people that do not.
Learning new things should be our priority and now that we have to he opportunity to have know about cryptocurrency then it will be interesting to education other people around us.

They can add it on the topics per se for each of the subjects that's being taught in schools. It's up to the schools if they're going to included it on their curriculum as a main subject.

But I think, giving the students an idea on what is blockchain and cryptocurrency are already enough by having it under a subject and main topic which revolves about money, finance, economy and in IT classes.

They can also make up some special classes that only teaches about these two if they want to since we're already seeing it being offered on some of short courses online.

When the crypto currency was born,the people not believed the bitcoin will reach this much high.Every year,the people was get into the crypto currency by the various way.The most of Developed countries people get into the crypto currency trading and holding huge amounts of bitcoin from that years.The crypto education was in process in huge countries as you had mentioned.But in the developing countries,most of the people not earn their knowledge about the crypto currency yet.

Its been already a while which there are already some universities who do really able to add up blockchain courses or lessons into their curriculum but of course it would be always boils down on regulation

or on how the government would be allowing cryptocurrency things to ran into their vicinity.You do know that government doesnt really like decentralized things but we've seen that there are places or

parts of the world which do see positive things on crypto thats why they do accept it out but there are places which is still that in  neutral and the worst they do ban it out.

Same feelings bro,only few people know about the crypto currency in the year of 2009.After the price of bitcoin had crossed the value of 1k dollars,people give attention to the crypto currency.Then some new crypto currency was started by many people.The people who had bitcoin from the 2016 ,will had huge money.It may happened to you.But you had experience this at the price of 65k dollars rise in the price of bitcoin.Awareness is still need to most of crypto currency.

I do not that crypto education becomes the priority of world-class education.  As far as I can remember many university integrate the study of cryptocurrency in their curriculum because it is trending and wanted to take advantage of this trend to cater to students that are interested in cryptocurrency and blockchain.

I think the Digital world doesn't only convey with cryptocurrency.  There are lots of aspects besides cryptocurrency that attract people to the digital world.  Cryptocurrency is just a part of a vast world of Digital Technology.

Any technological advancement or improvement must be put into the educational curriculum so it is a no-brainer to say that crypto and blockchain must be integrated to educational curriculum.

I think bitcoin and crypto can be added as subjects as long as the government allows it in a country. and if the government allows and crypto subjects exist, it will certainly help and provide good opportunities, for the future of the students.

if government provides such program, it will be very useful to increase the awareness of cryptocurrency. unfortunately, many countries don't support this to be in the education program. that is why everytime I heard about certain colleges to provide education program especially for crypto, I really appreciate it. this may not be easy. some people may accept and some maybe not. but if this is in the college, Inthink that the students have their awareness to choose and learn about this.

Crypto Education might be one of the best thing that might happen in terms of academics. I think the idea of crypto is somehow related to Economics, I agree to that. Yet I think the point is to make a separate academic education about it so that the specific idea of crypto might discuss and introduce. And yes, one of the most thing needed is the material. We all know that Crypto is under the idea of modern technology, so we think that it is best to learn under modern technology but I think the point also is to have a very unique and effective way of teaching crypto and have a lot of different ways of teaching it so that people might have a lot of ways to learn depends on what suits them. Crypto have a such big impact to us right now. And I knew a lot of people who have at least make their own life good because of it.

Rightly said and thinking about it, how many of us here actually had a formal education in cryptocurrency or Bitcoin in particular? It was all about being aware that something is happening which is Bitcoin and we just got interested and along the way started to educate ourselves about it and certainly not in the classroom. It is however a good thing that this is happening in schools, the education for Bitcoin and the Blockchains and I also believe in the near future we will be seeing more crypto-savvy people because of the Crypto Education in the institutions now.
