@op I suggest you should give a brief analogy of your project I mean the concept, configuration and some graphic design that would display over here to attract people attention. Due to large number of people trying to scam people through project partnership it could be very hard of you to have some good partnership or fellow who are willing and wanting to devote their to time in a project they knew nothing about.
