10.3Gh 30 day mining contract available

Hello fellow bitcoiners,

I would like to offer a 10.3Gh 30 day mining contract for 250 BTC. As you can see from avatar, I have the hashing power to rent.  

If you are on a pool with merged mining and PPS payout, this contract should return 6% at the next estimated difficulty, 3% for merged mining and 3% for the discount I am offering. So if you are running on a lucky pool, who knows....

Payment will be made in full before the start of mining.

Any interruptions in services will be dealt with fairly and added to the end of the contract.

Thanks Goat! 

Per our agreement, Goat has paid 215 BTC upfront with the remaining 35 btc to be paid during the remainder of the contract at an interest rate of 3.5% per week.

The contract was started at 6:30am EST on Monday December 12, 2011 and will continue until 6:30am EST on Wednesday, January 11, 2012.

If I missed anything, let me know, otherwise, happy mining.

By pulling revenue forward, it allows me to utilize this capital more efficiently allowing me to make up the 3% discount on the money up front and ultimately allowing me to make more money than I would have otherwise.

It is really a win-win as Goat can utilize the hashing power to make a profit and I get the capital i need to move other ventures forward.

Another way to look at it is a short-term low interest loan using hashing power as collateral.  Of course to arrange that would be difficult.  Renting hashing power facilitates the same "loaned" cashflow.  The difference between bitcoins earned and bitcoins advances is the "interest".

I hope so... I hope that Giga will be able to meet the terms he stated. So far everything is okay and I hope it will stay that way...

Everything is going well with the contract so far. Goat's server have been more stable than any pool I have run my hardware on.

Hi Goat,

Looks like my DC had a power outage earlier this evening which knocked out 2Gh for approx 4 hours and had another outage that knocked out all 10.3Gh for 30 minutes. I will add 1 hour to the end of our contract to make up for this outage.

If you feel the extra 1 hour is not enough, please PM me with the details and we can sort it out.
