Its always better to PM them directly to have some confirmation.

Another way is looking through the Bounties (Altcoins) and look at those managers there and contact them if you think that they're the one for you.

I'm trying to steer clear of bounties unless they escrow the tokens and a decent amount of cash as well. Too many scam bounties launching and I'm tired of the participants getting nothing for their work. So, if you aren't willing to escrow some cash, please find someone else.
