The rates many not seem a little friendly but well, that's the cost of using exchangers

You could also alternatively check out p2p or c2c crypto exchanges for buyers and sellers that accept SEPA as a payment method.

Most of the exchanges from BestExchange are very strict and some of them require KYC I heard a few people having an issue with some of the exchange listed on BestExchange.

If you mean by us, a business that receives and sends thousands of dollars per day, I do not think that most platforms will meet your conditions, there are markets called OTC market and accept these requests at prices ranging from 50 thousand dollars per day to several million dollars.

But if your activity is less than this, I do not advise you to register yourself as a commercial company due to the many legal complications.
