This is good news since those past victim of Terra crash can get a justice for the financial loss they experience to that project. Now for sure the updates waited by people who already know the news is how long the sentence will Do Kwon got for the crimes he did to many people. This serves as warning to other scammers that they cannot escape to the crime they do and there's always law that will hunt them.

Glad to see this POS has been arrested, he’s been on the run for a long time now. I’m not sure how much if any of the money owed can be reclaimed & paid back to people but at least he’s caught now.

Let’s see him face the law, hopefully a very long prison sentence at the very least.

I think he is in very big trouble, fake passport plus other issues hanging on his neck before this, all he can pray for now is mercy from the judge not to give him a long sentence. his likely  going to be moved to South Korea for now, I do not know how his case with SEC is going to pan out after servicing his time in S.korea, because the SEC hammer is still out there waiting for him

Has the owner of Terra Luna been arrested? If not, how long will the search process take and who will be looking for him? If he has been caught, what is the most severe punishment for him, while it is included in a civil case. Civil cases only replace investor losses, if he is able to cover investor losses. If he is unable to cover the loss he is simply imprisoned, there is no death penalty for such cases.

Do Kwon is finally arrested and that's good news, this guy and FTX Sam have the same drive in common, they should both be spending years behind bars, this will set an example for any future incoming FTX and Terra Luna, I know big scammers like these two are still out there looking for an opportunity to mess with peoples lives, this is why crypto regulation is important.
