I think that the crypto market as a whole is so big and professional now in comparison to 3 years ago that basically every project that is in the top 200 in terms of marketcap is a multi million dollar company that should have no big problems to survive 2 or 3 years of bear market if the project is managed in a responsible way. My take on the bear market is, that it is of course a bad thing overall but at least we have a chance to invest into big and established projects with a massive discount.

ATH is not the point here but rather there's a great recovery for project that survives this bear market since investors will surely buying spree any token that still not moving to catch up some profit on a bull run market.

ATH is still very far since the current marketcap of crypto is just 1/3 of the marketcap during ATH but that doesn't mean that crypto won'thave a good recovery if it didn't reach the new ATH.

Lol, dude take a look at cmc and coingecko, it seems majority of the coins are still very much around even though their price has fallen.
Most certainly tons of them will survive and be around for the next bull season, but that does not indicate they are for the long term.

Most of the coins that are has good reputation, actively being developed, has good use cases and utilities has and will survive every bear market. Only coins that are meme coins (except for some), clone coins and shitcoins are the ones that gets wiped out during a bear market. Keep holding those top well known coins and invest more during a bear market. You will make some excellent profit in the long run. Avoid coins that are hyped or related to memes if you would like to take less risk.

Your assertion is not completely true. Some project are just hype designed for the bear, they fade away with the bear. This was how I played with many ETH during the uniswap madness, when proper bull run came, they either rug or went dormant till date. It's important you carefully analyze projects before joining a deadly train.

Not all coin that survives the bear market will do well on the bull season.  It still depends on the community and new investors.  But I am sure Bitcoin, ETH, BNB, and those at top 50 of the market cap will definitely do well in the bull season.

Bro Alts are risky, and there is no doubt in it but alts are far more profitable then BTC we need to consider it as BTC 3x profit and alt can be 5x to 10x still point is Bitcoin is Consistent.

So on the second half I can say yes there are some projects that survived the bear of 2022 and one of them is TRX as many Alts moved with the market but TRX was so stable in all these pumps and dumps.

You can survive the bear market even at your lowest value but still you need to be good so investors can see your worth. This should not be the basis when you invest, it's still better to look at the price trend and the updates before you invest. Even most of the top 10 coins in the marketcap cannot give us an assurance that they will always be profitable and reach their new ATH when bull run comes. So probably, let’s just focus more on bitcoin and ethereum for long term hodling as they will eventually skyrocket again when bullish market is here. Although we can always invest with the rest of the coins but never expect too much price increase from them as they will just follow whatever the path of bitcoin takes.

Yeah, probably 90% of the project that survived the crypto winter might do good in the bull run. But it's going to be tough, I mean we still have a whole year in 2023, so they will be tested. Agreed, the ability to survive during the bearish market shows that if the token has enough capability to face the bearish market. that means there are even demands during the bearish market. It's unlike majority of shit tokens that were doing dead during the bearish market happened.
Bitcoin is showing a good sign caused by the FED has been stopping to raise the interest even higher. US has been confirmed to avoid the recession. This gives so many hope for crypto to make its comeback for the next season.

No, you are oversimplifying things, even if some shitcoins avoid disappearing that does not mean they will succeed once a new bull market emerges, and the reason for this is that at that point we will see many developers releasing their coins, so we will have a lot of projects which will do the same as the coins which survived the bear market, with the difference the hype will be way more recent and as such new investor will prefer to invest in them than in a bunch of coins which have not moved up for years.
