Honestly it still doesn't make any sense to me that dogecoin is 9th in the rankings. Yes, it just doesn't make any sense at all. I get that some people like it but 9th? That’s just way too much for a coin that was created just for fun. All the other coins above it and most below it has a reason to be created, they added something to the crypto world.

It could be first coin (btc), it could be master of smart contracts, it could be defi one, it could be stable ones, layer 2's, better layer ones, tree layer ones, and many more because they really invented something. And here we are, looking at something that would be making absolutely no change or difference at all to the crypto world, being 9th.

You are right when you say that it does not make sense but that is the way the economy works, if someone is willing to pay a million dollars for a piece of trash then that is the value of that trash, now 99.9% of the world population may disagree with that statement but if those with millions of dollars to spare decide to keep buying that trash for that price then the only conclusion we can make is that somehow that piece of trash is that valuable for someone, and we can apply the same kind of logic to a coin like dogecoin.

I think the reaction to mask words will not be as strong over time. Many people who believed and followed his tweets have already bought BTC for 40-50K and doge for 0.50-0.60$ and are currently making big losses, waiting that they could exit at least lossless

And what he's doing with twitter now, I'm personally not enthusiastic about it, if this continues, he'll only slowly destroy one of the largest social networks

what I can say for sure is that he bought this social network in order to earn money, he absolutely does not care about the feelings and emotions of dogecoin holders.And how does he destroy it?it is still free for 99.9 percent of users.I don't see any changes at the moment.

The price is down 50% from 1st November now, so what I can see from this moment is dogecoin price is just follow in another coin price., when doge have pair with btc, eth or another, thay will follow in what those coin price. So in this case experience is important to think if you want to buy a coin where have a popular person behind, we have not follow in what Elon said, he can't also help when doge price dump like today.

People are thinking now that Elon musk is leading a social media thats very popular called tweeter, anything can happen. Just imagine must is hosting a talk show on dogecoin lately and trying to declare it an approved token for transaction with Tesla or twiter.. The expectation for dogecoin increase if Elon musk win his case has been high and we are seeing it already going to the moon. I don't know if he has made any statement on dogecoin yet but the coin is already flying because of his influence. Hodl is the language now for dogecoin.

The increase in dogecoin is only temporary and it becomes a trend on this memecoin when Elon tweets about dogecoin it will have an impact on the price but that doesn't mean the altcoin has entered a bullish period.
Musk can't afford to do that on Bitcoin because the capitalization of Bitcoin is bigger than any other coin so it takes a bigger effort to be able to pump it up.

Obviously a meme coin like Dogecoin is certainly different from Bitcoin but it must also be admitted that when Elon Musk posts a tweet about Dogecoin it will have an immediate impact on the price increase even if only temporarily,
whatever it is I think we need to always follow the news and developments from the market and that's important

I do agree that it will have an impact, but the problem here is not that "will he tweet about it?" the problem here is do you really want to invest into something that will make a profit for you only if some guy tweets about it? I personally do not feel like that makes sense, it is definitely something that will make sense if people really do care about it, but that doesn't mean that we should be investing into something just with a hope of a tweet.

I prefer to invest into things that are fundamentally strong, like bitcoin or ethereum, they don't need anyone’s tweet and they could go up all by themselves without a need for it, definitely a great job done.

I think that a great deal of the people that invest in dogecoin know very well it is a shitcoin, however they do not care because they think they can obtain bigger profits with it than whatever profits they can get by investing in bitcoin, and for some of those people this is true but for the majority of the traders which decide to speculate with that coin the most likely outcome is they will lose their money, so as much as we could disagree with their decision to follow such a useless coin they can do whatever they want with their capital.

most of them are risk taker mate, they wanted  to gain quicker as possible but it is not safe of course , Dogecoin is proven to be Pump and Dump coin in which for couple of times this happens , when Elon announced something then surely the price will increase and then go different ways after several days/weeks/months.

I will never let myself being trapped in this coin so I decide to keep distance from now.

Have you noticed the bull run with dogecoin when Elon musk got hold of tweeter. Dogecoin is around $0.13 now. This is no surprise for dogecoin hodlers I believe and now that Elon is in charge more bull soon is expected.

Not gonna lie. Elon owning Twitter is a way for Elon to tweet anything especially cryptocurrency in general. He could tweet about Dogecoin today in his own social media and then gain massive market movement in few moments later because the influence this guy has is insane. The market currently is really manipulative even a single tweet from big person in internet could change everything.

You are right,this purchase cost a lot of money for such a company and what he will do first of all is to make a profit in all possible ways.In any case,I continue to monitor the platform,I think we are waiting for a lot of good updates,one of the interesting ones is the ability to write large texts and crypto projects will definitely take advantage of this.

for doge holders, don't expect too much as you might not get the price that you want for this meme coin. yes, musk is into crypto or doge, however, it is not his priority to develop this old meme coin. we need tangible developments for this coin before we expect something great will happen to its price. but maybe, his ownership of twitter may have future influence with the doge adoption. let's see...
