I have some questions about Crypto/Stock investment under same roof.

Is there any Coinbase like crypto exchange or platform where we can buy stocks from?

Since all this while why haven't we see Stock investment with crypto investment in one open box?

Why haven't top giant exchanges like Binance or FTX implement Stock investments too?

Do you think it's stupid as a crypto investor to want to invest money on stocks too?

Both FTX and Bittrex have "Tokenized stocks". You can look them up in Coinmarketcap.

Binance used to have them, but delisted them some time ago (apparently, due to regulations)[1][2]

It's definitely smarter than buying loads of altcoin within a highly correlated market in a bid to diversify your investments.

Know the right stock to pick and the best ways to invest are key in making an entry into that market.

No I don't think it's stupid, people who invest in Bitcoin also invest in other assets like gold, silver, stocks and other things that could make them profit in future.
It's much more stupid to invest your money in bunch of shitcoins, ICO's and in worthless NFT monkeys and silly pictures like that, but people are still doing this.
I am not big fan of stocks, but people can do whatever they want with their own money, and I think I saw FTX have some kind of stocks options in their exchange.

Why haven't top giant exchanges like Binance or FTX implement Stock investments too?

Why haven't looked at what FTX is offering before wondering why they don't?
https://ftx.com/markets > click on tokenized stocks.
But volumes are quite low and for some almost inexistent and I don't think those tokenized stocks will ever catch on to the usual crypto base, and this is one reason we don't have more of them aside from regulations so that answers 3 of your questions.

It's definitely smarter than buying loads of altcoin within a highly correlated market in a bid to diversify your investments.

That's one thing I never understood, people think they are diversifying their investment when buying BTC / ETH or LTC when in reality is like they are buying Exxon, Royal Dutch, and Chevron shares and claiming they have diversified portfolios.
In addition to that, if you're doing crypto trading on a CEX, why isk another part of your funds on the same CEX and not use another platform to trade stocks, if you put literally all your money in one basket if that exchange goes down so do all your investments.

I've seen revolut advertising itself as a stock, crypto and fiat investment manager in one, perhaps that's someone who's trying to do this already and has regulation too (they offer products within the EU, not sure if they're worldwide yet though).

I thought ftx would be an option but I wasn't sure if their stock products are offered without leverage or not. It'll probably be an area of integration that grows soon with a lot of exchanges but I think tax exemptions for crypto investments should be something that also comes out soon.

Cryptocurrency and stocks have different regulations from governments so cryptocurrency exchange and stock exchange should have different licenses.

It is not common to find an exchange with both stock and cryptocurrency on the same platform. For example, look at this case study: SEC Charges Ripple and Two Executives with Conducting $1.3 Billion Unregistered Securities Offering

Exchanges will not want be in trouble with regulations and governments, then they will try to register different branch companies for different assets.

Of course not — but if you really want to own stocks, you're going to use platforms that are made specifically for stocks. Basically, TD Ameritrade, Schwab, Fidelity, Interactive Brokers, the list goes on.

The last time I've used Revolut it was offering ADRs, which were designed as such to facilitate trade, but with Revolut things that were supposed to be simple become really complicated, the company itself that offers this is a revolut subsidiary of the main, there is a bunch of mumbo jumbo in their T&C and ToS that would make anyone that reads it a bit suspicious of everything but at least their fees were not that scary, oh, and they don't offer leverage, they try to keep it more as a medium-long investment option rather than actual trading like others do.
As for countries they are only for the EEA, USA and Japan, with UK of course included (damn brexit) so not really an option for most people.

This is not the focus of Binance and other top crypto exchange, they are specifically made for crypto transactions but if you want to own some stocks better to go for the best option available in your place which their business is more about stock investing, for sure they work better on that. Owning the same stocks and crypto are not stupid, it’s what we called diversification and that’s the best strategy to make more profit.

i would suggest also the same. better use platforms that are really into stocks investments. because with crypto-exchanges, they are more on crypto-related investments. aside from that, would be better if you use different platforms for these 2 different investments. at least, if one fails, you are at peace that you still have the back-up investment. because if you will avail both  services at one platform, you would regret it if the platform got abandoned or was financially bankrupt.

I have some questions about Crypto/Stock investment under same roof.
Binance already explained here about: Crypto vs Stocks: What Is The Difference?, if you've read and understood about crypto and stocks, of course you won't be curious anymore why these two features can't be under one roof.

The main points and reasons can not be under one roof, you can see below.
Quote
The first difference between stocks and crypto is the market in which these two assets can be traded. Shares are traded in capital markets that operate in each country with different policies.
Whereas cryptocurrencies are transacted on the global crypto market.

That's the problem why crypto investment/trading and stocks can't be combined.

Obviously because both of them are not the same. Cryptos are currencies while stocks are from big companies however many people crypto people compare crypto with stocks or vice versa. Cryptos and forex in one roof could be more possible because both of them are currencies.

I heard etoro supports cryptos now but etoro also have forex and stocks. Why won't you try them out? They are also reputable among the others out there. Of course, it's not stupid if you are a crypto investor and then you want to invest in stocks as well. You can even expand your investing business to other assets. The more the merrier. It's called diversifying and it allows us to cut risk or even earn more.

I'm not sure it will run well on one trading platform. the crypto market has a reference to the whole market. no regulation will govern how assets will be traded. prices will completely follow how the crypto market as a whole is. not limited to state-owned regulations.
but the stock market will be subject to different country regulations. some shares that can be traded on certain exchanges that exchanges from other countries may not own or allow.
but if it is presented in one trading platform, I'm sure traders or investors who like crypto and stock trading will like it. especially if the credited balance can be used for trading without having to bother sending it to another platform. maybe like a wallet on spot trading and futures trading on Binance.

Stocks are not that bad depending on where you live, but they are not that amazing neither when you look at how companies may go under as well. You need to make sure that you invest into a company that will be strong even after 30 years. Stuff like IBM, Microsoft, Apple, Google (alphabet), facebook (meta), tesla, amazon and so forth.

These are all huge companies and they look like they will make a good profit. If you really want to fuse crypto and stocks together, you could buy coinbase (coin) stock as well, doing badly right now but there is a chance it could recover in the future so you could maybe get in when it's low like right now.

Stocks, as i know demand quite a hefty documentation to get listed, and it is am open invitation to the government to regulate the exchange, i believe this is why most crypto exchanges have not looked the way of listing stocks assets on their platform as well, the crypto space is still growing and a lot of exchanges are growing with it, and also do not forget that crypto currencies are not yet regulated, stocks on the other are heavily regulated and listing stocks and crypto together for most crypto exchanges is like putting lion and dog in the same cage.

I believe with time, when crypto currencies might have grown to a reasonable height, and the government makes their stance on crypto regulation more clearer, crypto exchanges might begin listing stocks along side cryptocurrencies.

We are still not on this kind of stage but I knew a platform where you can analyze crypto and stocks all together in one platform though they are not an online broker yet. It you want to go with the stocks as well go visit your preferred site for that, crypto exchange might not adopt this way so we should be the one to adjust since there are a lot of broker who already work with stocks for years.

Didn’t know any online broker that offers crypto as well, this might not exist yet but hopefully in the future.
There’s nothing bad if you own stocks as well, many still prefer the traditional stocks and they are ok with the slow movement on that market. With the top crypto exchanges, they are also not interested to offer stocks, probably it can disappoint many crypto supporter if those exchanges started to adopt stocks as well. Better to use a separate platform for this and monitor at the same time.
