Why will he do such a thing? I doubt Elon despite how unpredictable he is will ever request payment from Twitter users. this platform has been free for everyone right from the start, so why would he want to change that so suddenly?
Maybe he can create a means where dogecoin will be used in the platform but definitely not charging fees for account verification, that will be so centralized method.

He is going to charge 20$ monthly from users who want a verified seal (blue seal) near their names. For common users nothing is going to change, though. That idea is being discussed and even if they set a price inferior to 20$, people will have to pay anyway, or lose their badges.

The doubt is if users will be able to pay the membership with cryptocurrencies or only fiat.

Elon Musk is a pure businessman. He won't expect him to spend that amount of money to acquire Twitter without trying to get it back. To him, everything means business. He owes Twitter he can create whatever rule he wants everyone to abide by. He has dissolved the Twitter board, to implement his idea. Gradually he will be unfolding his other plans.

"Dogecoin - Musk - Twitter" we are hear this words together very often last time.
I hope Musk will not implement paid 'EDIT' button (only in DOGE hehe). But if he implements crypto payments into Twitter, for sure it will support BTC, ETH, BNB, and oth. popular crypto, not only DOGE, and also he most likely will add some paid services and "features".
I expect (hope) there will be still free registration and no paid subscriptions.

I want everyone to read this, I want everyone to understand what type of hype that people want for doge and what type of people who like doge to go up. I could easily say "what if joe Biden says bitcoin is our new reserve currency!", would you find that reasonable, would you invest for it?

There are so many people who are still living in a dreamland and that is not the way it should go. I personally hope that the best thing to do would be making sure that you are not investing based on what a billionaire weirdo would do, because that is not a good way of investing. I personally believe the fundamentals of any project would worth more than 10 Elon musk hypes.

it might increase value of doge for any decision coming from elon relating with his twitter platform in term of implementing and even integrating doge in their twitter system but then again whether that's gonna be realized, still full of doubts, even though right now doge is already having massive increase in value I think we should see whether there's actually some planning coming from elon in term of integrating doge in to their twitter platform. by then if there's real decision coming from elon, investing in doge would seems worthy even though big chance it's already too late to invests in doge since the value might have increased already.

How much you will charge those verified accounts for monthly? This thing is a useless idea for sure. It's better elon to adopt doge coin as a payment system rather than only used for that shit. I do agree about making doge coin to be a micropayment system in twitter.

It would be very useful rather than try to use it for another purpose. I meant look at what already happened right now. it can be said that if doge coin is potentially being used by elon but we didn't know what he will be doing with it.

There are so many speculations about doge coin right now. I can understand about people making bunch of prediction about that. It's all about the hype and no more.

Almost everything Elon touches turns to gold eventually. I don’t think he will integrate DOGE into the payment system of Twitter though.

I half think Elon just enjoys mild trolling & the narcissistic traits he has make him continue pumping DOGE because the community treats him like a God. He loves the attention.

Well, he is a businessman and he saw opportunity in cryptocurrency particularly in DOGE that's why he is maximizing it.
There was a time though where his tweet that has DOGE has no effect on the coin whatsoever but for an unknown reason, people always link DOGE to Elon Musk especially now that he already got Twitter, many are saying that he might integrate it into the platform.

I don't know how he will integrate DOGE as a payment system or will he ever integrate crypto in the platform, but one thing's for sure. He will continue to keep himself richer with the help of DOGE, and those investors who are following him will lose their money.

Elon is the only businessmen I know that he always includes some weird in what he is doing. I still can't forget the time where he carried a sink while going to his office just after he bought Twitter.

 The purchase of Twitter is in my opinion a bid to increase the popularity of doge coin. Before the buy, doge coin was trading at $0.7 but now, it has been pumped by 115% to be 0.13. He stated that since Twitter will be an everything app, Doge should be used as a means of payment for services. Since Dogecoin is also a means of payment in Tesla and Space X, it doesn't seem unlikely that such an idea would be embraced by Elon.
 
 News also has it that Binance is looking to incorporate it's services to Twitter and since the crypto platform is one of the world renowned and also one the financiers of the social platform takeover, it could seem likely that they may have a spot as well.

To be honest, I won't be surprised If Elon Musk starts accepting doge coins for monthly payments from verified users. Because he has always been the biggest supporter of dogecoin. As of now, this coin has no use case with unlimited supply but if it happens, then this coin will have a strong use case which is obviously a piece of good news for its holders.
