Yas.bet Refusing to answer at all !

Hi , i've registered in Yas.bet for 1-2 months and betting there

I Hereby declare that i may have bypass some of their Rules in T&C (Creating multiple accounts) , but i explained to them , i only did that cause their withdraw limit was 1.5k USD per day and i usually want to bet over 40-50k USD ...

i've sent them my documents for more than 10 days and they have blocked my withdrawals for more than 20 days !
all their live support staff saying is to wait for our response ...
i tried to contact their licensor but got no answer from them also (probably an scam website who sells license just with money !!)
they also have no way to contact other than email (which they dont respond at all) and live chat (which answers like a robot)

i don't recommend betting in their website for high stake bettors and i also don't recommend it to anyone (since their license is not valuable and their support is irresponsive)

most betting websites prohibit multiple accounts cause of bonus tricks but i also declare here that i didn't use any bonus on any of my accounts !
Whether open my withdrawal or refund my initial deposits ...

I'm not sure why you are hating on them but clearly, you said yourself that you have bypassed their rules. That doesn't make them a scam website.

In the meantime you admit your mistake has created multiple accounts. You know that this is actually the most egregious type of offense for most casinos? Despite your probably honest reasons, so far the practice of multiple accounts has been linked to system abuse and in almost all cases unable to recover funds.

The amounts are fairly big. Can you show a deposit evidence? Usually blockchain evidence considers as solid proves. A casino prohibits multi account for many reasons and one of the most important reason is to protect bonus abuse. But as you are claiming you have not took their bonus. It's better to hear their side of story.

You breached their terms and conditions (ie. no multiple accounts) and you are in the wrong even if you didn't claim any bonus.
They set a withdrawal limit for a reason (probably to protect their bankroll and have enough liquidity in their hot wallet) and you tried to circumvent this limit by creating multiple accounts.

Anyway, according to their terms (point 29.3 you quoted above) they should let you withdraw the money you deposited (not the money you won) minus a 10% as a fine.

You broke their terms, so you are now on their timetable. I would be frustrated waiting on a decision or my money as well, but you cannot just go breaking sites terms to please yourself.

If I'm a site I would confiscate your funds as well because you obviously knew the rules and figured fuck it i'll get a refund if nothing else. ToS is there for a reason and that reason isn't so that you can work your way around it, no matter how much you bet.

Well, that's just a costly mistake there.  And you certainly just said the reason here which is for you so you can withdraw more than $1,500?
One thing to be careful of with crypto casinos is that they are not going to let it slide especially if they suspect you of doing something else besides betting.

If at least sending back the initial deposit is fair, Yas I think should consider it.

Their official representative said in his last reply to you that in such cases they will refund the initial deposit after kyc. Since you already verified your account and admitted your mistake I don't see why they wouldn't process your withdrawal request.
There is nothing you can do for the moment but to wait. Let's give them more time and wait for the PR to login here to see what he has to say.

Before you do that be sure that you are clean because you openly admitted to bypassing their rules and we all know if you break their rules they have the option to confiscate your funds, there is no justification for breaking their rules, remember you are forced to click the check button when signing up, admitting that you comply to all their decision based on their terms, its a weak defense that you broke the rule because you want to bet high, it's not a good lawsuit if the situation favor Yasbet.
