Do you like commission job or salary base job?

I consider commission jobs very stressful to begin with. In salary job your only worry is to be fired and to be hired by someone other. In commission jobs you need to generate money somehow. Even if profits can be very high its brain consuming job.
For example after my working hours end in salary job, I can go and spend whole my weekend on playstation. But in commission jobs its very hard to focus on something other than business.
I think salary job is better, if you can retire early obviously. I plan to retire around age 40-45. Saving money and Bitcoin are obvious reasons.

If the door closes on you, there will be another opportunity that is bigger than before. I don't know why you don't like it, but if you get a grasp on it, you'll learn that it was better in your past job. Try to love your commission job; if it won't work, then you need to find one. I've also been laid off from job to job, but I came across a job that is better than before, even though I didn't like it at first, but over time I've loved it, though it's been stressful. This is my personal experience I was working commission base job before covid but in pandemic everything shut down including my job, my friends who was working salary base job they use to get half of salary or work from home with full salary but my situation really became drastic. Some how I got job in pharma company now situation is much better, so I preferred to salary base job if you don't have financially support from your other family members.

I like the job with basic salary + plus overtime to create stability and long-term.  Simply because I have a wife and children and I need such a job to ensure the life and activities of the whole family.  Everyone has the responsibility and obligation to consider this carefully when getting married and having children.  I think that's the majority of people will choose it.  Business/introduction… contains many risks, especially in difficult economic times, selling products will be more competitive and require great pressure.  You sell enough, your commission is high and you live well and vice versa.

For me it really depends on what type of job you currently have so you deserve to stay longer until your retirement time comes. Such a job would probably be preferable to the stability of the salary you get, but I think that now there are a lot of workers who are starting to think of other ways that are more profitable.

Office work is not necessarily a large salary, it all depends on the position and so many factors, and in addition, not all employers draw up insurance for their employees, so everything is so unambiguous here. But mainly commission job can bring you more money than a fixed salary and if the main job is enough for a comfortable life, even with a fixed salary, then there is no need to work too much, it is better to spend this time with the family.

While a commission job the income is very flexible you can earn big if you had closed big transaction, but the catch is it is not on a regular basis, there are times you do not even closed a transaction meaning you will not get anything. For me I will do both because having a regular salary you have a regular financial income that you expect every payday it would be a bonus if you had closed a transaction in a commission based job. Doing both can help you more in saving money that you can use in investing or even developing your own business.

I agree that by comparison, I also find that people tend to prefer basic paying jobs over commission-based ones. In my country, commission job is very little because it is not chosen by many people, because it does not bring a stable income. But for those of you who are young, unmarried, and like to challenge yourself, I recommend choosing commission-based jobs. I know that each type of formal job has a different burden, but sometimes I feel that the burden is not worth with the salary generated. In an era of inflation, I think the salary they get at the end of each month is not enough if they don't have other sources of income from side jobs. Fiat was losing value, while basic necessities were getting so expensive that it was clear they would have to go into debt instead.

I have a lot of friends who complain about this kind of thing, it's because they don't have a side job that gives them extra income. Without the skills, I think financial problems will inevitably be faced by those who only depend on one source of income.

I agree with this since it is a matter of personal choice, as well as with the present situation that would determine what suits the best for you. For most, salary based job is much better since fixed salary is there making you have financial security. This is important for those with family and/or those who needs to support their family. But for me, I would do the same that I would definitely try to have some type of side hustles that involves commission jobs so that I could really earn more and make myself be financially secured in the future. All in all, it really boils down on how you would personally see both type of jobs since it really just you who can know what works for you well.

I'd say salary based job is much better, especially when you have to put food in the table. It doesn't matter if you're gonna be lazy, unproductive, or anything as long as you're doing your job and earning money, that's what matters. Your passion or what you really want in life won't feed you, or even your family, I mean don't get me wrong, you can't always make money with that because it's seasonal, lucky you if you have clients every single day that pays a lot for your commissions.

The salary base jobs is more beneficial in my opinion and I think that every person will have different opinions according to their benefits. I think that whenever the month passes so when an employ get the salary then he has some thoughts about its uses so he can easily manage his life expenses.

Salary that a person get on monthly basis is fixed and also there is no more complication as a person is familiar with the fact that he will do this work and will get specific amount in return. May be a person get more cash in commission based job as compared to salary based job but i think that the monthly salary is confirmed and a person have no worries about his job or other activities which he perform on monthly basis.
