I prefer salary paid job because your always sure of getting money at the end of the month..but commission job your not always sure of getting money unless you work very hard.. Salary paid job is not that stressful compared to commission job..I will always choose salary paid job..

The salary base jobs is more beneficial in my opinion and I think that every person will have different opinions according to their benefits. I think that whenever the month passes so when an employ get the salary then he has some thoughts about its uses so he can easily manage his life expenses.

The problem is that the main job is not a very reliable thing right now. After all, you can get fired for any reason. When you get commissions from different sources, it's more reliable. Both are still considered good as long as you are earning with it, the only thing I am concern about commission based job is that most of the times it relies on season to season, since there are ordinary times in which you will have a hard time getting sales to reach the quota for bigger commission. Unlike commission, salary based jobs are often times called lazy even the OP has stated it but it has the benefit that you will still earn every 15 or 30 per month.

As what I have understood by both jobs since I have tried both, no sales = no quota = no commission/salary. Although salary based jobs are also categorized as time consuming jobs, I'd prefer stable source of income compared to unsure income specially if you have family to feed and bills to pay.

      Of course I would prefer the salary base commission, because you own your time, it seems like you don't have a boss but you do. The only important thing is that you reach your target within 1 week, or every month. And when you immediately get the sales target or whatever, the commission bonus you will get is big.

Now answering your questions,  I would say that salary jobs will always be best for people who are looking to start their lives as there is always hope at the end of the month and I always prefer salary based jobs especially  when the demand and responsibilities  are way too much and one can then switch and start up something comfortably by then and I always know that running a business  by oneself is always very difficult especially  when we have to depend on the proceed from the business for sustainance.

Hence people should always try to grow finance before waiting on business commissions as it might seem very impossible to live on commissions when the demands are much.

Commission job and fixed salary based jobs are both income generating jobs. A commission based job the income is tied to your sales performance, which is good because it can motivate each and everyone to perform really well. The better the performance the higher the commission will be. But it is also risky because if you do not perform well you will not earn enough commission.
On the other hand a fixed salary based job is a guaranteed salary or income regardless of the perfomance of the individual. A fixed based job can provide stability and security. But still it has limited opportunities for earning more.
For me i would choose both i will do the regular fixed income and i will do on the side the commission based job for a better income.
