You probably meant casino games which tend to have pre-defined odds or if it's something like live roulette it has a natural tilt towards the house. i would say the same. but that is, if you truly know the sports and the athletes very well. you will have a very good chance of winning your bets if you practically live and breath a particular sports.

For me, it will still depend based on the teams or players or sides you are betting on sports betting. There is some game on sports betting that the odds are really not better and not worth betting on.
