Probably you missed the last part of manager last update regarding open spot on Green Zone. Your post quality is top tier for regular members but still not enough for Green Zone members. I think you will automatically promoted if Royse approve your post quality as Green Zone level.

In my opinion. You are most probably the next candidate for promotion excluding the members outside the campaign with Green Zone quality.

PS:If you are already in the campaign but not in the Green Zone then please understand that you are still not qualified for the standard yet.

One of the parameter for Green Zone members are the amount of time they invest in their posts when they create it which makes the posts unique, thoughtful and interesting to read. Another parameter of many others is they are not shy to post in different boards and different topics. It's obvious they spend a lot of time and familiar with most of the area of the forum.

Please do not apply again. I saw your last application, there are no need to apply again unless there is another new announcement. Deleting older one and applying again is not going to increase the chance, in fact it will lower it. I maintain some notes explicitly for signature campaign applicants.

Some of the example notes are:
- Hire him if apply
- Not a good quality poster
- Do not know what he is posing, spammer
- Worth receiving high payment
- Give him a chance and observe
- PM him if there is a spot available
- Makes a lot of posts
- Makes margin posts
- Signature spammer
- Hate to receive PM, no chance

There are many more like that. I have note for you too but since it's a personal note, I really don't want to disclose it.
