Legendary/Hero: Weekly paid post up-to 40. 1st 25 posts at $4.50 per post, the rest at $3.50 per post

This new rate will be affective from the next pay day.

Well it's good for the legendary members of course.
But the rest of the spreadsheet isn't really effected by this and only sees their work at less value I think.

I don't see why the gap between full -> senior is 33% more , from senior -> legendary/hero is 125% more and lg/hero -> merit rank is back to 33% more.

Of course they deserve more, no doubt about that, but the % difference undervalues the work of the other levels I think.
The top of the sheet got higher payment and the bottom (avatar) got higher. The rest stays the same for some reason.

And this is not criticism, but a feedback and observation.

It is good to see a self-initiated change for better conditions for the participants.

I'm not sure how much it would affect the campaign budget, but the structure of 1st 25 posts at $5 per post, the rest at $4 per post for Legendary/Hero, would certainly include the campaign among the most paid. This would certainly stop the participants from thinking about switching to another campaign.

I am of the opinion that there is no need for so many payment ranks. The participants in this campaign have already been fairly filtered, I think there are very small nuances in the quality of the writing. OK, I assume that the number of posts, activity, BPIP rank, etc. are taken into account.
In the past, some good campaigns have equalized the ranks of Sr. member, Hero and Legendary.

In general, the changes are indeed positive if you want to stay competitive with the other signature campaigns. IMHO, for me a campaign becomes more attractive when the rate/per post goes up.

The competition between the mixers is going to a next level and we see these changes because [banned mixer] is giving straight 6$ per post

and this is not the end. Another mixer ([banned mixer] ) is already offering the highest paying review campaign, signature and avatar design. I am sure when Royse launches its signature campaign, it will melt faces.

I am not sure what was the payment for Avator before as I recently got selected for the Avator Campaign. I am happy for the members getting higher pay and it always feels good to be a part of the best paying long live campaign.

What do you mean? None of the campaigners are going to be removed, LOL. The increased rate applies to all who are eligible and are wearing Sinbad signature, avatar, and personal text.

Sinbad doesn't have a budget problem. However, having an unlimited budget doesn't mean not tracking expenses and spending carelessly. Sinbad is always open to adjustments based on market demand whenever necessary. This means that in the coming days, we may see more attractive payment rates, but we are not in a rush.

The goal of a campaign like this is to provide the best value. In a signature campaign, value means visibility all over the forum, which boils down to the number of posts, filtering spam, loyalty towards the brand, and self-branding in the community, among many other parameters. While ensuring better visibility with competitive expenses is my responsibility, loyalty towards the brand and self-branding are aspects the campaigners need to ensure.

The new payment structure works great, and discourages spam, as the incentive to post is gradually smaller
 At the same time, it pays well for the first posts, and if the person can not maintain a high activity, it will still be well rewarded. Congratulations on the idea and initiative.

I think it'll be very much preferrable as well as showing good reputation for Sinbad across the forum if they can have longer campaign weeks rather than higher [or highest, I think we are the highest right now, no?] weekly payment. i.e., suppose if we reserve to the old payment scheme we can hold it to 100 weeks, and this new scheme made us can only go for 75 weeks, I think, reputation wise, ceteris paribus, the 100 weeks is better.

The final result of the campaign should bring longevity. 75 weeks of promotion should certainly bring enough profit to the campaign owner to continue the other 25 weeks or more. I don't know what the current ROI ratio is for Sinbad.io service, but certainly, at some point, the owner must be in profit, and not just invest his own funds. That is the essence of every business.

holydarkness became the first man to down pay rise, I get your viewpoint, but we're getting paid for our worth, and if you don't like the new pay rates, you can always ask Royse to pay you the old one . The new payrates elevate the campaign to the second highest on the forum. Cheers!
