I think that now it is better to say not about recovery of the market but about just small correction of the market. That market will start to rise people must be sure in their future and trust cryptocurrency.

I think it is hard to say for now that the bear market is over and if bitcoin will start to reach 25k$ maybe that time i will say that bear market is over, i believe that bitcoin has a good start this year and i believe that it will end up to bullish season but still it is very risky so i still hold and wait till market change to bullish.

It might not be risky if your intention is for long-term hold, the process still the same buy when the market is bearish and sell when you are already satisfied with the amount that you are witnessing, though in terms of speculating if the bear is over, that is not easy to predict, any moment the direction of the trend can go back to bearish even the start of this year seems to be a little bullish.

I don't know why you are comparing with 2020?  While we have experienced a painful 2022, major correction, prolonged bear market, FuD and FuD caused the negative to push the market into crisis.  The spark is that bitcoin is coming back to continue to represent the market value, something in January gave credence and I think it's time to get out of the bear market and build new confidence.  The recovery needs to take place in stages and bitcoin is doing well for now.
