Actually Linux is more secure from others. If you setup Linux perfectly then it looks more secure. Did you setup Linux perfectly?
How can the Bitcoin system be changed?

Don't click unsafe ,unknown website links
Always use firewall or relevant defense softwares
Backup your every valuable data as a habit
Don't plug & low trust devices to yours
