Does anyone know how to signup for Stake.com using a VPN/Proxy without having to submit level 2 verification/ID? Is level 2 verification always necessary to deposit?

I was able to play for a couple months by just submitting an invalid picture, it would let me deposit and bet immediately, then 2 days later ask for ID again, rinse and repeat. I got suspended after depositing recently unfortunately.

Since then, my new accounts aren't letting me submit an invalid ID, it just sticks me in withdraw only mode immediately.

The ToS stake explicitly states the prohibition of using registration under another name in paragraph 10:

You participate in the Games on your own behalf and not on the behalf of any other person

Also, paragraph 17:

You accept and acknowledge that we reserve the right to detect and prevent the use of prohibited techniques, including but not limited to fraudulent transaction detection, automated registration and signup, gameplay and screen capture techniques. These steps may include, but are not limited to, examination of Players device properties, detection of geo-location and IP masking, transactions and blockchain analysis

explicitly prohibits the use of services to change your ip, so I would be careful not to do this so as not to lose my funds.

Just stick to what's on their terms and don't ask how to manipulate your account to get verified, you are playing on Stake.com this is not an ordinary casino where you can get away with the manipulation.

You started on the wrong foot this is what other players are doing then complaining that they've been scammed by Stake because they limited their account, then in the end they were proven to manipulate their account.

Obviously, you did not read the rules or the terms when you sign up on Stake.com if it's something about level-up verification you  ask the support so you'll be guided properly

You are caught cheating that is why they suspended you, even if someone suggested a remedy they will eventually catch you, and worse if you have huge money in your account, they can confiscate it for breaking their terms, don't involve the community by asking how to resort to cheating.

You should b glad you also have the option of withdrawing your funds and I don't know why the second thoughts of it is coming.
Go withdraw your funds first which is the right thing to do and also remember that you've gone contraling to the terms and conditions by first using a VPN, so I will suggest you withdraw your funds first and go stick to the terms and conditions.

This time also try to use the right identity to aid and facilitate your verification rather than trying to cut corners.
But most times, I sit and wonder why people shy away from KYC and start running up and down when stocked along the process.

Short answer no. Pretty sure that since you're using VPN, you're already aware of Stake not allowing your participation in their site, especially since using a VPN or any similar or related type of service to provide incorrect information is already a breach of their ToS.

The attempt to manipulate your real location through the use of VPN, proxy, or similar services or through the provision of incorrect or misleading information about your place of residence, with the intent to circumvent geo-blocking or jurisdiction restrictions, constitutes a breach of Clause 5 of this Terms of Service.

If you really want to go around it, finding an identity that is able to play and buying said account can work but it'd probably be a matter of time as well before your found out and may even have legal issues with it afterward. I'd suggest just using a different casino altogether really.
