CNDC = Centralized Node Digital Currency (I call dibs on this abreviation  Tongue)

After the waves calmed down with the discussions about 60% of ETH "minting" being done by 3-4 exchanges a new issue rears it's ugly head: OFAC ( Office of Foreign Assets Control ) Complience !

Seems that over 73% of post Merge blocks are OFAC compliant.
