Even more reasons not to use a site like that. Withdrawal and trading fees are things you check before depositing your coins into an exchange. All the exchanges I have used in the past have dedicated pages or FAQ sections where that is explained.

It doesn't make you a professional, no. It does make you kind of a scumbag. Taking advantage of bugs to take money that isn't yours is stealing. Responsible disclosure is great, but that doesn't mean you can abuse certain features because you were at the right place at the right time. I assume that for you it's ok to take someone's wallet and phone if you found them on the street and you happened to walk by at the right time.

The gist of all this is a scumbag took advantage of a shitty exchange and took money that didn't belong to them. Eventually, that shitty exchange exit scammed or went down disappearing with everyone's money. It's unfortunate for those innocent ones that got caught up in the mess, not so much for you though.
