A couple of persons got intrigued by my winnings and started gambling but, stopped after few weeks. They'll bet and loss, so the motivation derailed, forgetting how long it took me to win. Although, peeps may run out of money as a result and move on instead of waiting for the jackpot. On the other hand, I'm not pushed to spend above my limits because of another person's win. It doesn't stop me to keep an eye on the platform that paid them huge.

It is more like, someone's winning spurred me to start gambling. After few loses, I simply didnt think I was favored in this aspect and had to quit that kind of gambling entirely. Though I intend to gamble later, I can only do so if I see a light in that aspect. I don't need be motivated by anyone's circumstances. I do it by motivating myself and going ahead to fund my accounts for betting.
Seriously, anyone who is winning has been patient enough to lose some cash and learn by understanding the data and flow. So I don't become jealous by someone's winning. I find my own circumstances and gamble around that, with money I can freely afford to lose of course.

No, that didn't happen. That's because I don't wager big amounts or play too often. I however, lured people into crypto investing after I showed my returns to my friends. I know it is not the same thing because one is investing and the other is gambling but my point is, people really give attention when they see the big gains of someone else. That' s exactly how the ad business works.

 You see a beautiful girl or a handsome man doing/wearing something on TV and it makes you to do the same thing or buy the same clothes. Your sub-conscious affects you and makes you think that you will be like that man (or woman) if you buy the same product he/she is advertising.

Hopefully I haven't, because if that's the case then I'll be luring people into a hobby/activity that is bound to give them endless disappointments and a lot of wasted cash. Also thankfully enough I haven't won anything substantial for the past few years, and all this time gambling has only been a money sink for me. $20 per week, multiply it to 40+ weeks a year for 3 years and that's how much I already downed on gambling alone. Not a lot compared to what others are spending but somehow enough to buy a car or even something fancy that you can still use until now. Getting into gambling because you saw your mate win is a no no. You are expecting lots of disappointments along the way and you might even turn to a degenerate if you can't handle your emotions carefully.

This do proves out that even you do see people who do make big wins and tending out to imitate them and then it do ends up on a disaster.This is why i dont really like on boasting up when i do win.

Just like the rest been saying that getting blamed on something isnt something a good feeling which its better to be silent.It cant really be avoided for some exposure specially if you've

done gambling physically on which there are people around which could really know that you had won something.It would be inspiring some people to play too
because they believe that it could really make them win too which is really a wrong mindset.

Its the other way round for me, someone else's winning actually lured me into gambling, though this was around 2013 or 2014, i know nothing about gambling online back then, the guy whose winning lured me to place a bet for the first time knew nothing about online gambling too, so it all happened in a land based betting shop (wouldn't call that a casino since it does not qualify to be called that), we both worked in the same company, he was into betting while i was not, the day the guy won a little above #100,000 naira in our local currency, the news spread through out the entire company, back then, a 100k was quite a lot of money for us, this winning is what lured me into placing a bet for the first time.

A friend was in my place the day I had my biggest win from gambling on Livecasino. It is not an amount so big, but I was excited being that it was my biggest win from gambling there. He saw how excited I was and enquired to know why I was happy, I showed him the amount I just won and he immediately was interested, that he asked me to immediately create an account for him on Livecasino and help him make his first deposit to gamble with. Most of the people in my circles don't play much gambling. The few that are interested in it haven't achieved victories that I'd regard to be significant for them. I don't blame them for being afraid of losing all their money to gambling; they are the type that take caution while still taking risks with the little they have. They only bet a tiny amount, and the payouts are typically small; if they bet more, I believe they could still win large, but they choose not to out of fear of losing everything. I have been responsible many years ago for two people huge success,they were already gamblers but they were losing big money in sport betting.I predicted to each of them in two different cases correct results with really big odds,more than x42 odds.To the first one I predicted many games correctly and at that time usually there were a game from Scotland,a game from Netherlands and a game from Finland and Germany 2 or 3,it was on a Monday.

To the other one I predicted more than 7 games from all English lower divisions on a weekend and he also made a lot of money,of course I am no expert and have quit sport betting from a long time but this post made me recall the good feelings that I had at the time.

Even if you say nothing the human nature in them will automatically make them lured to at least curious on how they could also doing the same thing and then some of them give it a try for the sake of looking for a luck but most of them ended in trouble , get addicted unfortunately.

I didn't lure someone but rather I’m the one being lured to play gambling after watching my favourite streamer try to play slot and hit hug multiplier as beginners luck. I’m not a regular slot player but I become interested to try it without any further knowledge about just because I knew that the streamer I’m watching win big time so I assume that I can do the same but the result is way different and I decided to stop playing after losing a significant of money chasing that huge win.

However, after a certain number of wins it becomes a driving force for you in gambling, so most people are driven by different stories depending on the individual. Winning in gambling is mindset and luck most wins are not expected. Is always sweet when you win.

I’ve never won any amount that was worthy of bragging about. I mostly make small bets for the entertainment factor. I couldn’t imagine anyone entering the gambling space because they heard I won a few dollars on a parlay. I could make the argument that longtime Bitcoin holders have lured others into investing in shitcoins as a way to try and make large returns gambling in the crypto space.

Honestly speaking, even with no shared big winning experience, I have lots of friends who got involved in gambling because they saw me doing that. It's not that technically I'm the reason but maybe they become curious because of the joy I'm expressing every time a winning story is shared regardless of how much it is.

Yes I did but I explain to them that's not always winning and you should always play within your means and gambling is for entertainment only, it's always their decision to play, and it should not be coming from someone.

To be honest, I didn't do anything like that. I've never told anyone anything about how I won. The reason for this is not to hide anything from my friends. I also don't like to comment much because I'm not very successful in gambling. I'm just playing to myself the way I know how. I've heard stories from my friends about how they won. I think we shouldn't make that a habit. Their money, their rules.

Even if they will give us consent that we won't be blamed in case of a loss, there's still a bad feeling in case our predicted bet given to them failed to win. There will surely be a blaming game but they won't just tell us about that.

Maybe instead of predicting the game for them, give them good pointers and more importantly, tell them to just stick betting with the sports they really know and are familiar with.

I think I'm done sharing winning stories with friends, I found out that it's better not to brag your winnings or big loses to others, just take everything in and just be happy and celebrate it with your families only.

And yeah that could be a side effect of it, if you tell your friends and who knows, maybe they will be attracted and gamble by themselves and see and try if they can also win. But the problem is that we all know that odds are not going to be in our favor, unless your you very lucky and really win huge amount of money in your first try (beginners luck).
