If he can be able to influence the price of cryptos in the past then why not now when he is now the owner of it? He can do more than just a tweet but he can make use of his favourite crypto as an official currency of Twitter to avail premium features. There will be a continuous demand for that coin which can make its value rise more stably. We can try on betting for that event but we should only use money that we can afford to lose.

The price did went up when Elon bought twitter. As usual people are/were expecting Elon Musk to integrate dogecoin with twitter somehow. So people kept on buying doge, the price went up, Elon made a tweet about doge, the price went up more and now it is a whole different story. Due to an exchange (FTX), the market is now crashing, bitcoin went below 16,000 USD but doge crashed even more. Currently is down more than 40%. People weren't expecting this when they invested in doge. So, yeah, never invest based on some events. The crypto market is very volatile and you never know what might happen next. Yes, if Elon does make dogecoin as a way of making payment for the blue tick, then the price will go up.

We don't know but if he really likes Dogecoin to the point of accepting it for his companies, he should have done that long time ago with Tesla and Space X and with any other ventures that he got.
I'm doubting that he'll be accepting directly payments with Dogecoin but it's likely that he'll allow some third party services that will be integrated with Twitter to accept payments in doge or any other crypto.

I don't think it's a good idea, it's good for him to hold the doge and use it to make money, but it's better not to incorporate the doge into outside businesses. I think he has yet to apply doge to his company payments, which is a really wise move.
Cryptocurrency is very volatile and if he applies it to his company sometimes it will be detrimental to the company, it is not an act of showing affection or proving to someone, with that action he got himself into trouble.

You see, the market is very volatile and unpredictable. But since its market price is solely basing on the demand for having no utility, its market price would aso be focusing on popularity (huge amount of popularity) to keep the pain running.
