Hi, I have a few S19 Pro 110TH and only 1 stopped hashing. I've not upgraded the FW or anything. The room temps are fine, as all the other machines are chugging along ok too. any idea what it could be, is it the sensor? I opened it up, and the boards look pretty clean still - not sure what I need to look for next. free_area_init_node: node 0, pgdat c0b3c040, node_mem_map cde10000 Normal zone: 480 pages used for memmap Normal zone: 0 pages reserved Normal zone: 61440 pages, LIFO batch:15 percpu: Embedded 12 pages/cpu @cddf0000 s19916 r8192 d21044 u49152 pcpu-alloc: s19916 r8192 d21044 u49152 alloc=12*4096 pcpu-alloc: [0] 0 [0] 1 Built 1 zonelists in Zone order, mobility grouping on. I could't see which hashboard detect over temp would you mind to try to run the miner with one hashboard? I mean test them one by one disconnect the two hashboard power and data cable and test again to find what hashboard is broken.
Also, try to hard reset the unit by holding the IP report button for 5 seconds or more then release then test it again and check for changes.

This is interesting. So I got the middle board identified as the error. the log is below. I did do a hard reset this morning, and was still having the issue. I did it again after identifying the board and now now it works. Also, try to hard reset the unit by holding the IP report button for 5 seconds or more then release then test it again and check for changes.
Thank you so much @BitMaxz for helping me sort through this issue !!!

This is interesting. So I got the middle board identified as the error. the log is below.
I did do a hard reset this morning, and was still having the issue. I did it again after identifying the board and now now it works.
Error log with just the middle board running:
~snip~
What do you mean it works? Is the issue solved after a hard reset? Is all the hash board running? Or did you just run only two hash boards and remove the middle board? If the middle hash board is the culprit having over temp issue there might be one ASIC chip with a loose heatsink it needs to reattach but the problem you will need test fixture to test which chip is overheating. Anyway, if you want to repair it with your own there is a guide that you can follow but I'm sure it needs some repairing tools.
Thank you for your post! I had the same issue (ERROR_TEMP_TOO_HIGH) without knowing where it was coming from. This was a great suggestion, and after trying other fixes like replacing the PSU and cleaning everything, following your suggestion (one by one attachment of each hashboard) isolated the problem. Thanks again!

Check this link below - https://www.zeusbtc.com/manuals/Antminer-S19-Hash-Board-Repair-Guide.aspSorry for the delay - all 3 boards started working after your recommendation, and it seemed to have worked for couple of days. I brought the machine back home from the data center, as I see i board running hotter. 2 boards have a 15/15 Inlet/Outlet temp, 1 has 42/65 temp on it.
