I like your "personal text" it seems that you are totally imposing that "NO KYC" feature , but still hoping that you will not use this when there is a time that a Super Lucky player that will win Huge in their first deposit and wont ask for KYC as they are questionable account or being detected as "Cheater" like what most casino does online.

First of all welcome to the forum OP, secondly it’s great to see a professional designed OP from a new casino. Many new casino often fails to look professional, but you have made it OP. Moreover the No KYC feature will definitely attract more gamblers to the site. Moreover I can see that in the OP you have mentioned about test net coins and a casino specific tokens, so does it mean that BTC isn’t accepted in the casino yet? If not, then please move the thread to Altcoins section here in the forum.

maybe it is also better if they will conduct a Bug report event ? this will help them find more bugs and the community will not use those as advantage to cheat instead to tell them so it will be easy for them to operate better in the future?

Just tried the tesnet version to a few games. The overall interface isn't too bad, just don't really like these pop ups in plinko, they hinder bet entry fields.

Can it reduce its load time, or add a button to hide it?

The main problem of this casino is using their own token that we're don't know how the security and it's centralized or decentralized, since they're mention Ethereum network so I assuming it's centralized.

Moreover this casino didn't accept Bitcoin payment, this thread should be moved to Altcoins section.

Had to go check them out and obviously you're right. But I just want to believe that, since it's still on testnet then everything will be fixed overtime, and I hope they get to fix the bugs on it and also the popups takes much more time ans possibly delay  or even hinder the bet entry field and should be checkmate

Just as @Plaguedeath has said which I just confirmed that the   casino doesn't have terms of service and also privacy, this is one factors most players might want to look into since you stated that the casino is KYC free, because players like myself wouldn't want to be lured into making deposit and at the end after making a big win be asked to provide KYC or get kicked out.

It is still on testnet, as well as the competition.
By using metamask as their wallet that means the token  is ethereum based and probably erc20. You cannot use other altcoins using metamask, only ethereum.

They are still on testnet, so give them time to do the linking of these page you've mentioned. The casino looks like how owl.games, with the use of smart contract. So requiring KYC to its users in the future is a BS decision the management would do.

Thanks. Visiting their site and the way they phrase the intruction gave the impression that you only need their native token for gas fees. That usually means they have their own main chain.

Ethereum is the default network but Metamask actually supports other smart contract platforms. The Binance Smart Chain and Polygon are among the popular supported networks. You need to add them manually.

Gambling site that are new or that have just changed from one software to another new one entirely can face the issue of bugs and difficult to access in a way it will frustrate people. Like you have said, it is still testnet, everything is going to be fixed.

It's on Matic chain I have to change the chain to connect my wallet to this casino, just use a new wallet or a spare one I got 10k ZCASH airdrop or free coin, and now exploring the game, I tried the dice it's quite annoying to get a lot of wallet pop up every time I roll the dice its time consuming compared to centralized everything is automatic, maybe this is the future of casino with no KYC provided that the smart contract can be audited because many gamblers do not like linking their wallet to the casinos.
