Right now I think in the bearish moment with Bitcoin price around $17,000 but have been longer time Bitcoin can't reach above $20,000.

The motivation to invest should not be predicting high value based on recovery to reach the ATH price but think about the realistic prediction that the potential is reached by 2023, at least reach the price for $31k then you will get 100% profit from the current price investment (estimated rate $17k), so make sure we invest potential assets that are specifically allocated for long-term portfolios. Don't rush into investing if you're a newbie as you claimed. Most peeps have been driven into their darkest primes just in a bid to try something new without having an idea about anything in it, stay cool.
Meanwhile, if you do already, then this is actually the right time to buy. It's called the DIP, where you'd buy and HODL coins for lesser cost only to bumb into some huge profits at the ATH, depending on whether or not you investing much in it. There is something I have learned from this market, at every bear market, there comes a time when everyone is extremely bearish, they don't talk about the price going up any time soon, that was what I learned during the 2020 market as a beginner, different people were all saying that Bitcoin will go to zero because there was speculation and fear that another pandemic was on the way, but what happens at the end of the day, even the nonbelievers become bullish for bitcoin
SBF has been a problem since the start of this bull run, but we were all blinded by the profits, but as the saying goes, tough things don't last, only tough people do, and bitcoin will survive all the chaos between now and then but you must sit tight.
