This is a user with multiple accounts on our platform. To be precise, he/she has 9 different accounts on the platform
which is just ridiculous. As usual, we will enforce our multiple account policy.

Regarding the KYC procedure, we try as much as possible to preserve the privacy and anonymity of our users.
However, the good will is aggressively being exploited by fraudulent users and hence we request KYC in the event
we detect a fraudulent user as in this case.

Betnomi does not access nor store users identity documents. We use a third party (Veriff) which is complaint with all
privacy and regulatory standards. Their business is identity verification.

If you are unable to pass a simple automated identity verification, that says a lot about you and less about us.
A little reminder, you will get banned again should you create another account.

We did this because he requested details on this case, so I think in which case he will be able to confirm (or refute) our arguments.

I appreciate the betnomi casino, they are replying on this thread actively which is becoming very professional. Imagine, despite what OP did they did not disclose the OP's privacy. In a case like this where an abuser pretends to be a victim in public if the casino will not depend on their side will probably ruin their reputation. What do you think is the cause of making multiple accounts in the KYC casino or is the OP just dumb and did not think about the KYC which is easy to determine all accounts that he created?

You send documents for verification and they rejected what you've sent. That doesn't make them a scam and that proof isn't enough for you to say that they're a scam.

Just because your verification didn't proceed and they rejected it, out of your frustration you're telling it to the other people that they're a scam. It doesn't go like that lad.

They've taken nothing from you and you've given them nothing except that doc you've sent which may or may not be yours. Thus, denied.

I only have one account at betnomi. Why you said that? Your site default reject my document without explanation by 0 second. Veriff is accepted my document but betnomi default rejected my documents

Repeating the same thing over and over again doesn't make it true, or relevant to this discussion. The fact that the casino rejected your documents does not automatically mean it is a scam. They have the right to turn away customers who they think might be a security threat, or if they suspect someone of applying with false information. They want to keep out bad customers and make sure that only those who play fairly and honestly are allowed in. If they don't have strict rules, then they risk being swamped by cheaters and money launderers.

The best thing you can do is to contact customer support and ask them why they rejected your documents. It's possible that they will give you a reason and allow you to resubmit your documents in the future.

However, considering the response already posted by @betnomi here, it's likely that they will not accept you as a customer. If that is the case, then I'm afraid you have no other option but to move forward with your life and find another casino where you can play.

I don't think OP is going to do that. Looking at the responses he is making without even reading the responses from others; I can take notes from it.
They know what they did as betnomi said they had multi account so knowing the abuse they are just trying to throw something in the dark with the hope they can create some sympathy from the community. They would if they were showing some strong evidence of their allegations against betnomi. But I am convinced that they don't have it since it did not happen at all.

They limit winners accounts at speed light without a reason, the only reason is they are mean and greedy and they don't want you to win money. Everytime they complain about people making multiple accounts.....no wonder they do, it woulnd'b be necessary if they hand't cheated on their customer first.

Keep away from this scummers. They will never let you make any profit on their site. This site is perfect for losers though, the GUI is really well done, so technically is not a bad site.

If you want your accusations to be taken seriously, you have to post proof.
Right now all we've seen is OP claiming a 0 second rejection and betnomi claiming multi accounting. OP did not prove anything and disappeared, so we have to assume that he was at fault.
If it was confirmed by multiple users, please gather all the proof from these users and make your own scam accusation thread with all the gathered data and you won't be ignored.
Right now there's not much to talk about and your post history looks like you're here only to attack them.
