buy BNB that's the token and you can also buy it from their own exchange. you can trust binance, its all up to you but not for all.
keep in mind that its centralize. if they decide to freeze accounts for whatever reason, your funds couldn't be withdrawn. some times they are doing maintenance by the way, and if it happens that you needed the money the most. that's a prob.

@Fullbear2222 be careful on future trading it's very risky if you lose in futures there is no reimbursements they only refund affected users according to the link above is due to a system issue. So it means you are not one of them. And Binance already solved this issue a long time ago.

Actually this is one of the reasons why they may not reimburse if it's the case. If they're so big and powerful, then nobody can force them, right?
Plus, if they get badly hacked (i.e. somebody from inside gets to steal the keys of the cold storage), they get so badly fucked they will have no chance to reimburse.
Plus, you don't know if they are working on real funds or have ongoing debts and/or leverage (like FTX had to look bigger than they are).

So better keep at any exchange only the bare minimum for your needs and never forget the "not your keys, not your coins" mantra. You never know when shit happens and it's best if it doesn't happen to you.

I think binance is a little smaller than the names that you mentioned because they are already there before crypto came and crypto adoption is not totally wide. It does not mean that you aren't smart if you aren't involved in crypto but those who got involved in crypto either want easy profits and doesn't like the idea of local currencies.

Binance is trusted but it is centralized and we crypto users are advised to not totally rely on them or store money on them for a long time especially if you are not using it. Some cant trust binance but it doesn't automatically mean that they don't trust governments and banks. It will still depends. Maybe they won't, if they are corrupt and doesn't do their duties well.

Buying BNB is a choice because CZ is more likely to be a pragmatic person and under his leadership, Biance is doing just fine. However, the risks are also there. I don't know if Binance is bigger than Goldman Sachs in terms of net worth but I don't want to agree because Goldman Sachs's net worth was $123.27B. according to this month's report while Binance managed about $34.1 trillion trading last year. However, it can't be used to judge the exchange net worth because CMC data says a $76 billion daily trading volume was executed on the Binance exchange as of August 2022.
Nevertheless, saying Binance is bigger than the Banks is naive but i will agree with this if we're talking about innovation.

Trolling on bitcointalk is a common thing. I believe that it is the same dude, go back a few years and you will see that there are few accounts that keep on trolling, starting these type of topics, and then leaving, and then starting another and another and people talk on those topics.
