It is hard to say. But I reckon there will be a few more exchanges to go before that happens. Binance has been immensely popular. It grew fast, basically when there were few other options. However, even though Binance is an important company in the crypto space, it is far from irreplaceable.

Who will buy Binance? Probably someone with a lot of money. Perhaps Musk?

Relating this in a centralized exchanges like bank, a group set of individuals come up and get united and develop their personal bank and fund it to start operation, so therefore I'm of the opinion that individual one or two person's can combine and by binance, so i think that op doesn't know or understand it in such narrative that two person's can pair and own a binance due to the status of their capitals or funds.

No one will buy Binance since there's will be a top 2-5 centralized exchange that people can still use, so they're doesn't must need to use Binance in order to trade their coins. When Binance will bankrupt or get hacked, most people will withdraw their money to avoid losses and the rest can't withdraw their money since Binance block it. This will make most investors on Binance is losing confidence and they will hate Binance.

Anyway, if Binance is collapsed, it's not the end of cryptocurrency, because centralized exchange is very vulnerable and has low security.

After all if there was no individual or company interested in buying it then it will face bankruptcy and then the people which were unable to get their funds out of the exchange will have to wait for years to get a part of their funds back, so I hope they are as solid as they claim to be as the market is already very weak thanks to the collapses of Luna and FTT.

 - What do you mean by this dude? Do you think the Binance owner will sell his exchange that is among the top 5 in the cryptocurrency industry? If I'm the owner of Binance exchange, it's not stupid for me to do that, sorry for the term.

Think of the millions of dollars that are being given to me every day and then I will think of selling it, if you think of it as common sense you will not do that. Also, just think how many times the hackers entered the Binance exchange, all of that was passed and it was recovered.

No one will buy Binance but it will be done and dusted when we see the rise of the decentralized exchanges, to be very true, I am feeling afraid of these centralized exchanges. What just happened with FTX, we cannot trust any exchange. I only hope that FTX opens with withdrawals soon FTX Scam : Unable to withdraw.

Also if binance buys FTX, don't you think Binance has become too big for the industry? You will feel scared if you see the magnitude of binance and their impact on the crypto world.

Please don't make binance too big that it becomes a threat to the crypto world.

FED who else has the power to print a lot of money but the FED. Even if binance will be worth 500T,  the FED will have no problem buying it if it even happens that it needs bailing out.

But I doubt Binance will go belly up, no one kills the one that manipulates the market. The government of China is probably watching Binance all the time waiting, grabbing the data coming from Binance is an asset for any government.

That's the point. Will they ever go insolvent that would push Chang to sell? At present, they are the world's largest crypto currency exchange and according to market cap, is valued at $19,014,856,231 and it's still looking to go up.

 FTX couldn't stand the storm and cannot be compared with binance and this action by Chang Zhao just reminds me of how operations are done on the food chain. The weak ones get eaten up by the stronger ones.

You are all making it look like CZ did a very wrongful thing, can anyone tell us a better solution than what CZ did? I think we got saved by this wise man, if CZ doesn't come up with this plan things will get more ugly for the whole crypto space.

If you don't know what FTX did maybe the picture below might help a bit, I believe that the blow would have been 3x of what happened to Luna.

The owner of binance has developed a very profitable and effective business model that can last for many, many years, you know that the owner of binance also owns several things, I will mention just one of these several things, example:

He also has his excellent altcoin which is BNB

so he will not sell his exchange knowing that this cryptocurrency market is still a new market that is not 20 years old, it still has great potential to grow and even when governments start to create laws on exchanges and the cryptocurrency market the binance owner will not need to sell binance because he has money and can pay lawyers and comply with laws.

Now about the exchanges that were a franc, the reason is quite simple:

create things based on copying other people's ideas, they don't have the determination and willingness to work to make the things they created a success

Yeah! just like our local exchange where they managed to successfully sell it to a new owner but I don't like their way of managing the exchange right now it is as if they were some strict Bank where they just simply easily terminate their user without any warning. This is the problem with the new owner and I hope that Binance won't be like that if ever they gonna sold their company because it is really hard to look for another convenience exchange especially when you reside in a place where everything has always a restriction.

Who would have thought that the end of the FTX exchange would be like this? Although it seemed to be a successful business, when its rivals decided to bring down, they found a way to do so

I won't be surprised if the same thing happens with the binance (improbable not impossible), it's just a game of money, whoever has more money is stronger.

If he was really concerned about his loss, he should have accepted Almeda research's offer when they were willing to buyback at $22 in OTC market. But he refused it. You know why? the real purpose was not to save from loss but to kill the competitor.

Not sure who is going to buy Binance, but you have to think about it, will they go insolvent? I mean they are the biggest exchange right now and there are a lot of investment that CZ does, so I doubt that it will go bust in the future.

Just look at what they did, they just buy out FTX, their competitor. And besides, CZ seems to be a good businessman as well. So no doubt that he will do everything in his power to let his Binance and BNB afloat and on top of the food chain in this crypto market.

Can you imagine what the offer will be like in trillionons of dollars for CZ to think of selling Binance when he doesn't want to. The chances of CZ selling Binance are very rare as it stands now. He's even considering buying a bank to add to his existing investment

Watch out for Elon, he can afford Binance and probably he will save that biggest crypto exchange and dominate the whole market again.
Binance is pretty solid though, they have back up plans and their SAFU are still intact, Binance going into dust is like having a whole bad faith against cryptocurrency. Binance will grow more as they continue to innovate and with the plan to buy FTX, probably the share of Binance in the market will grow more.
