yes of course. most of the big investors when the season is bearish like this say its a big discount we should take it at a cheaper price to double our future profits when winter is over.
but what needs to be remembered is that it is not wrong to buy coins or altcoins when the prices are big discounts when they are bearish. this will lead to losses without gains. because if we choose the wrong altcoin that doesn't have a good future and doesn't have a good reputation, when they are bullish they will waste more.

I totally agree that the bear market can be a challenging time for investors, in the crypto space. Smart.  As the adage goes, be greedy when people are fearful and be fearful when people are greedy.  If you put your money into solid projects while they are down in price has worked out in the past during the next bull run.  Careful though chucking it in complete garbage you will probably ly lose all your money.  Plenty of coins never make it back in price after they've been dumped.
