Anyway, go to https://bitcointalk.org/index.php and there you can see local. And the local board for you is the board where you can see your language or your country. If you have no board like that then you may see the other country's option.

If you are a native English speaker then why can't you understand that posting on a local board is not mandatory? They will give payment maximum 10 posts which will be posted on the local board.
For example, if you have posted 25 posts on any board out of the local board then you will be paid for 25 posts. But if anyone creates 20 posts on the local board and 5 posts on other boards then s/he will receive payment for 15 posts as maximum 10 local posts allowed.

Perhaps, but often local boards are NOT counted, so that's how I read it.

you only need in your signature code, in the line (there are two entries)
